Abstract

A terminal block device with a stopping function is used for inserting and connecting wires and includes: an insulating base, a slider, a spring, and a cam. The insulating base has a mating chamber and a socket and a groove respectively communicating with the mating chamber; the slider is slidably disposed in the groove and has a top pin and a claw; the spring is disposed in the mating chamber of the insulating base and has a wire clamping spring arm and a double-acting spring arm with an actuating section; the cam is rotatably connected to the insulating base in the mating chamber and has a raised section and a driven part with an actuating section. The slider slides in the groove by being pressed, so that the top pin pushes the wire clamping spring arm to swing and causes the claw to snap the actuating section; the wire is inserted into the socket and the mating chamber, pushing the raised section to disengage the actuating section from the claw, and also causing the wire clamping spring arm to elastically return to its swinging position and push back the top pin and elastically press the wire. This achieves the effect of inserting and removing wires without the need for tools and reduces structural complexity.

Claims

1. A terminal block device with a blocking function for inserting a wire and comprising: An insulating base has a mating chamber and is provided with a socket and a sliding groove, the socket and the sliding groove being respectively connected to the mating chamber; A slider, slidably inserted into the groove, having a top pin and a claw; a spring piece, disposed in the mating chamber on the insulating base, having a wire-clamping spring arm and a double-effect spring arm, both capable of elastically deflecting relative to the insulating base by force, the double-effect spring arm having an action section; and a cam, rotatably connected to the insulating base in the mating chamber, having a lifting section and a driven section, the action section being disposed in the driven section and capable of moving in conjunction with each other, the wire-clamping spring arm being correspondingly located between the top pin and the lifting section; By pressing the slider and sliding it within the groove, the top pin can push the wire clamping spring arm to swing in one direction, and the hook can also be flipped onto the action section. The wire is inserted into the docking chamber through the socket, which can push the raised section, causing the cam to rotate along with the driven part, thereby disengaging the action section from the hook. The wire clamping spring arm can also elastically reset and swing in the opposite direction, pushing back the top pin and elastically pressing the wire.
