1. A corporate loan document management system, comprising: a storage unit storing multiple sets of document category code definition data, multiple sets of document type code definition data, and multiple sets of document item code definition data; and a processing unit electrically connected to the storage unit; the processing unit receiving uploaded data, document category specification data corresponding to the uploaded data, document type specification data corresponding to the uploaded data, and document item specification data corresponding to the uploaded data; the processing unit generating a document category specification code corresponding to the uploaded data based on the document category code definition data matching the document category specification data, generating a document type specification code corresponding to the uploaded data based on the document type code definition data matching the document type specification data, and generating a document item specification code corresponding to the uploaded data based on the document item specification data matching the document item specification data; the processing unit storing the uploaded data, the document category specification code, the document type specification code, and the document item specification code in the storage unit.
