Abstract
Claims
1. A pump casing for a water pump, wherein a rotor is assembled inside the casing, the pump casing comprising: a body having an inlet flow channel, a bottom wall and a receiving cavity, the receiving cavity being located within the body and communicating with the inlet flow channel and for accommodating the rotor, the bottom wall being located at the bottom of the body and forming a gap between it and the bottom end face of the rotor, the gap communicating with the receiving cavity; and a plurality of flow-blocking structures disposed on the bottom wall of the body, a groove being formed between adjacent flow-blocking structures.
2. The pump casing as described in claim 1, wherein, These flow-blocking structures extend continuously around the center of the rotor, and adjacent flow-blocking structures are arranged sequentially within the receiving cavity from the position closest to the center of the rotor away from the center of the rotor.
3. The pump casing as described in claim 1, wherein, The top of each flow-blocking structure is located below an end face of the rotor facing the bottom wall, and there is a gap between the top of each flow-blocking structure and the end face.
4. The pump casing as described in claim 3, wherein, The grooves defined between two adjacent flow-blocking structures are connected circumferentially along the body, and the width of any groove is greater than the thickness of any flow-blocking structure defining the groove.
5. A water pump, comprising: a pump casing including a body and a fluid pressurizing unit disposed within the body, the body having an inlet channel, a bottom wall and a receiving cavity, the receiving cavity being located within the body, communicating with the inlet channel and used to accommodate the fluid pressurizing unit, the bottom wall being located at the bottom of the body and forming a gap between it and the end face of the fluid pressurizing unit, the gap communicating with the receiving cavity; and a plurality of flow-blocking structures disposed within the body and located in the gap, a groove defining a space between adjacent flow-blocking structures.
6. The water pump as described in claim 5, wherein, The distance of the gap is a first height, and the second height of each of the flow-blocking structures protruding from an inner wall of the body toward the fluid pressurization unit is greater than or equal to half of the first height.
7. The water pump as described in claim 6, wherein, Each of these flow-blocking structures includes a radial width, and the radial spacing between any two adjacent flow-blocking structures is greater than the radial width of each flow-blocking structure.
8. The water pump as described in claim 5, wherein, These flow-blocking structures form a continuous annular body along the axial direction, which makes each groove an independent chamber in the axial direction.
9. The water pump as described in any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein, The fluid pressurization unit includes a drive shaft and a rotor connected to the drive shaft. One end face of the rotor is a plane that is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the drive shaft, and the end faces of the flow-blocking structures are substantially parallel to the end face of the rotor.
