Abstract
Claims
1. A multi-position mobile phone support and fixing device, comprising at least: a housing, the housing being composed of two half-housing units, the inner sides of the half-housing units being pivotally connected to each other, the half-housing units being expandable or foldable, a handle being provided on the outer top side of each half-housing unit, a plurality of mobile phone positions being arranged inside each half-housing unit, each mobile phone position being able to be placed in one position, and a plurality of openings being provided on the bottom side of each half-housing unit, the openings corresponding to each mobile phone position; a plurality of elastic clamping components, the elastic clamping components being disposed inside the top side of each half-housing unit and corresponding to each mobile phone position, each elastic clamping component comprising at least a tension spring and a clamping slider, the top end of each tension spring being fixed to the inner top side of each half-housing unit, and each clamping slider being connected to the bottom end of each tension spring, the clamping slider being slidably pressing against the mobile phone placed in each mobile phone position.

The multi-position mobile phone support and fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the inner surface of the half-box is provided with a plurality of tracks, the tracks corresponding to each of the mobile phone positions respectively, and the tracks can be used for each clamping slider to be inserted and slid.
3. The multi-position mobile phone support and fixing device as described in claim 2, wherein each track system has an insertion port, which can be used for the insertion of each clamping slider.
4. The multi-position mobile phone support and fixing device as described in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the clamping slider includes at least a first slider and a second slider, the first slider and the second slider being able to engage with each other.
5. The multi-position mobile phone support and fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the surface of the half-box is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes, the ventilation holes corresponding at least to each of the mobile phone positions.

The multi-position mobile phone support and fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the opposite outer sides of the half-boxes are respectively provided with a plurality of blocks and corresponding to each other, each block system is detachable and each of them can be provided with a magnet, so that the half-boxes can be magnetically fixed when they are closed together.
7. The multi-position mobile phone support and fixing device as described in claim 1, further comprising at least one cover plate, one end of which is pivotally connected to a partition plate, and one end of which is pivotally connected to a positioning plate, wherein the partition plate and the positioning plate can be embedded in the interior of the opposite outer side of one of the half-boxes, so that the cover plate covers the half-boxes.

The multi-position mobile phone support and fixing device as described in claim 1, further comprising a gimbal assembly, wherein when the semi-boxes are unfolded, the gimbal assembly can be clamped and locked onto the opposite inner side of the semi-boxes, and the gimbal assembly can be connected to a gimbal tripod.
9. The multi-position mobile phone support and fixing device as described in claim 8, wherein the gimbal assembly includes at least an upper housing and a lower housing, the upper housing having a plurality of connecting partitions that can respectively frame and fix the opposite inner sides of each half-box, the lower housing having at least one partition and a connecting portion, the partition being able to pass through between the opposite inner sides of the half-box, the upper housing and the lower housing being able to clamp and lock onto the opposite inner sides of the half-box, and the connecting portion being available for gimbal tripod assembly connection.
