Abstract

This invention relates to an interface card mechanism, a connector mechanism, and a quick-release mechanism with an automatic locking and releasing mechanism. The quick-release mechanism includes a locking member pivotally connected to the connector and an unlocking member fixed to the interface card. When the interface card is inserted into the connector, the locking member is actuated by the latching portion of the interface card, causing the locking member to rotate and engage the latching portion. When the interface card is disengaged from the connector, the locking member is actuated by the unlocking member, causing the locking member to rotate in the opposite direction and release the latching portion. This provides the interface card, connector, and quick-release mechanism with an automatic locking and releasing mechanism.

Claims

1. A quick-release mechanism with an automatic locking and releasing mechanism, applied to a plug-in module, the plug-in module including at least a plug socket and an interface card, the quick-release mechanism comprising: A locking fastener is pivotally mounted on or near the socket. And an unlocking element is disposed on the interface card and corresponding to the position of the locking element; wherein, when the interface card is inserted into the connector, the locking element is touched by one of the latching parts of the interface card, causing the locking element to rotate and hold the latching part; when the interface card is disengaged from the connector, the locking element is touched by the unlocking element, causing the locking element to rotate in the opposite direction and release the latching part.

2. The quick-release mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein, The locking element comprises: a base having a receiving space for receiving the latching portion; a pivot portion disposed on the base for pivotally connecting to or adjacent to the connector; a transmission portion disposed on the base and positioned opposite one side of the receiving space; a locking portion disposed on the base and positioned opposite the other side of the receiving space; and a holding portion disposed on the base and adjacent to the locking portion; wherein, when the interface is inserted into the connector, the latching portion extends into the receiving space and actuates the transmission portion, causing the locking portion to rotate and engage the latching portion; when the interface is disengaged from the connector, the holding portion is actuated by the unlocking element, causing the locking portion to rotate in the opposite direction and release the latching portion.

3. The quick-release mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein, The unlocking component includes: a pushing part; and an assembly part disposed on the pushing part for fixing to the interface card; wherein, when the interface card is disengaged from the connector, the locking member is touched by the pushing part, causing the locking member to rotate in the opposite direction and release the latching part.

4. The quick-release mechanism as described in claim 2, wherein, The locking element has a first engagement structure on the surface of the unlocking element corresponding to the locking element; the first engagement structure is arranged in a stepped, toothed or irregularly recessed manner.

5. The quick-release mechanism as described in claim 3, wherein, The surface of the unlocking component corresponding to the locking component is provided with a second engagement structure; the second engagement structure is arranged in a stepped, toothed, or irregularly recessed manner.

6. The quick-release mechanism as described in claim 2, wherein, The pivot part is provided with a pivot hole; the plug seat is provided with a positioning part for assembly of the pivot hole; the positioning part is a pin or a lug.

7. The quick-release mechanism as described in claim 6, wherein, The pivot seat has a latching groove on each of its two outer sides; the locking member has a latching cantilever extending toward the latching groove, and the latching cantilever has an adjacent latching protrusion and a guide surface at one end toward the latching groove.

8. An interface card mechanism, comprising: An interface card having a latching part; and an unlocking element disposed on the interface card.

9. The interface card mechanism as described in claim 8, wherein, The unlocking component includes: a push part; and an assembly part, which is directly or indirectly connected to the push part and is used to fix it to the interface card.

10. The interface card mechanism as described in claim 9, wherein, One side surface of the pushing part is provided with a second meshing structure; the second meshing structure is arranged in a stepped, toothed or irregularly recessed manner.

11. A plug-in mechanism, comprising: One socket provides one insertion space; And a locking element, pivotally connected to or adjacent to the socket.

12. The connector mechanism as described in claim 11, wherein, The locking member includes: a base having a receiving space; a pivot portion disposed on the base for pivotally connecting to or adjacent to the socket; a transmission portion disposed on the base and positioned opposite one side of the receiving space; a locking portion disposed on the base and positioned opposite the other side of the receiving space; and a supporting portion disposed on the base and adjacent to the locking portion.

13. The plug-in mechanism as described in claim 12, wherein, One side surface of the abutment is provided with a first engagement structure; the first engagement structure is arranged in a stepped, toothed or irregularly recessed manner.

14. The plug-in mechanism as described in claim 12, wherein, The pivot part is provided with a pivot hole; the plug seat is provided with a positioning part for assembly of the pivot hole; the positioning part is a pin or a lug.

15. The connector mechanism as described in claim 14, wherein, The pivot seat has a latching groove on each of its two outer sides; the locking member has a latching cantilever extending toward the latching groove, and the latching cantilever has an adjacent latching protrusion and a guide surface at one end toward the latching groove.
