Abstract

An instant-drying endoscope cabinet includes a cabinet with a positive pressure storage space. The cabinet is equipped with an air source module having an air supply end. The air supply end is connected to a multi-channel blowing manifold module, which has a plurality of detachable blowing pipe connectors that connect to the endoscope's operating end to communicate with a plurality of internal channels. A control unit is electrically connected to the air source module to drive the air source module to execute a first airflow mode, outputting a pulsed airflow to the multi-channel blowing manifold module and maintaining it for a first time to expel droplets adhering to the inner walls of the internal channels. After the first time, it switches to a second airflow mode, outputting a continuous airflow and maintaining it for a second time to completely dry the internal channels. This achieves rapid and thorough drying, shortens the drying time, and automates the entire drying process, reducing the risk of secondary contamination.

Claims

1. An instant-drying mirror cabinet, comprising: A cabinet whose interior can be sealed as a positive-pressure storage space; A gas source module, assembled in the cabinet, has a gas supply end for outputting gas, the gas supply end being equipped with a filter and a heating device for outputting filtered and dried gas; a multi-channel blowing manifold module, disposed inside the cabinet, the multi-channel blowing manifold module being connected to the gas supply end of the gas source module, and having a plurality of detachable blowing pipe connectors for connecting to the operating end of an endoscope and communicating with its plurality of internal channels; a control unit, electrically connected to the gas source module; wherein, the control unit has a built-in drying program, configured to drive the gas source module to execute sequentially: a first airflow mode, in which the control unit controls the gas source module to output a pulsed airflow to the multi-channel blowing manifold module and continue for a first time to discharge droplets adhering to the inner walls of the internal channels; In a second airflow mode, after the first time, the control unit automatically switches and controls the air source module to output a continuous airflow to the multi-channel blowing manifold module, and continues for a second time to dry the internal channels.

2. The instant-drying mirror cabinet as described in claim 1, wherein, It also includes multiple airflow monitoring modules, which are installed on the pipelines near each airflow connector in the multi-channel airflow manifold module and electrically connected to the control unit to monitor the gas pressure and flow rate input to the corresponding internal channel from each airflow connector. The gas pressure input to each internal channel is 50 kPa to 100 kPa and the flow rate is 10 L / min to 20 L / min.

3. The instant-drying mirror cabinet as described in claim 1, wherein, The first time is less than the second time.

4. The instant-drying mirror cabinet as described in claim 1, wherein, It also includes a humidity sensor, which is installed inside the cabinet and electrically connected to the control unit. After the second time, when the control unit detects that the value of the humidity sensor is lower than a preset threshold, it automatically switches to a positive pressure storage mode and controls the air source module to continuously output low flow gas to the inside of the cabinet and the multi-channel blowing manifold module to maintain the storage space at positive pressure.

5. The instant-drying mirror cabinet as described in claim 4, wherein, The gas source module also has a gas extraction end that is connected to a multi-channel suction manifold module. The multi-channel suction manifold module has a plurality of detachable suction tube connectors for connecting to the working end of the endoscope and connecting to each internal channel to generate negative pressure in each internal channel to drain droplets.

6. The instant-drying mirror cabinet as described in claim 5, wherein, A switching valve is also provided between the multi-channel suction manifold module and the suction end of the air source module. The switching valve is electrically connected to the control unit and is controlled by the control unit to connect the suction end to the suction pipe connectors in the first airflow mode and the second airflow mode to guide the droplets under negative pressure. In the positive pressure storage mode, the suction end is switched to connect to the external air source, and the multi-channel suction manifold module is connected to the storage space of the cabinet to maintain the positive pressure in the storage space.

7. The instant-drying mirror cabinet as described in claim 6, wherein, A water collection tank is also provided between the suction tube connector and the working end of the endoscope to collect droplets discharged from each internal channel.

8. The instant-drying mirror cabinet as described in claim 1, wherein, The filtration device is equipped with a high-efficiency particulate air filter with an average effective pore size of 0.1 μm to 0.5 μm.

9. The instant-drying mirror cabinet as described in claim 1, wherein, It also includes an identification module electrically connected to the control unit to record the endoscope's serial number and corresponding drying procedure history.

10. The instant-drying mirror cabinet as described in claim 1, wherein, It also includes a safety linkage module that is electrically connected to the control unit and a door panel for sealing the cabinet. When the control unit executes the drying process, it controls the safety linkage module to lock the door panel.
