Abstract
Claims
1. A floor-standing air pump with a rotatable pressure gauge, comprising: a base; a cylinder assembly including a cylinder body and a cylinder head, the cylinder body being a hollow tube, a chamber formed within the cylinder body; the bottom end of the cylinder body being disposed on the base; the cylinder head being disposed on the top end of the cylinder body; a manifold having a connecting end and an internal connection end; a flow channel disposed in the manifold, the manifold being installed in the base, the internal connection end communicating with the chamber of the cylinder body; a piston disposed in the chamber of the cylinder body, capable of compressing the chamber, the pressurized gas in the chamber flowing to the flow channel of the manifold; a piston rod, the bottom end of which is connected to the piston; a handle connected to the top end of the piston rod; a gauge base mounted on the cylinder assembly; a pivot hole and a shaft hole disposed in the gauge base in an intersecting direction, the pivot hole and the shaft hole intersecting and connecting... The instrument includes: an interface located on the base and connected to the pivot hole or the shaft hole; an airflow channel located between the base and the instrument, connecting the flow channel of the manifold to the interface of the instrument; a pressure gauge mounted on the base and having a surface; a pivot located on the pressure gauge and having an axial direction, the axial direction forming an angle with the surface; the pivot of the pressure gauge is pivotally mounted at an inclined angle to the pivot hole of the instrument base, allowing pressurized gas in the instrument base to enter the pressure gauge; when the pressure gauge is rotated, it can be rotated to a working position with its surface facing upwards, or rotated to a storage position with its surface facing to one side; and a flexible hose with a nozzle at one end and the other end connected to the shaft hole of the instrument base, allowing pressurized gas in the instrument base to flow into the flexible hose.

The floor-standing air pump as described in claim 1, wherein: The airflow channel includes: a connecting pipe and an air guide section; a passage formed in the connecting pipe; the air guide section is located at the connection end of the manifold and connects to the flow channel; the top end of the connecting pipe is connected to the interface of the gauge base, and its bottom end is connected to the connection end of the manifold, and the passage connects to the air guide section.

The floor-standing air pump as described in claim 2, wherein: The base further includes: a bridging seat installed at the bottom end of the cylinder body; the airflow channel includes a guide hole disposed in the bridging seat, the bottom end of the guide hole being connected to the connecting end of the manifold, and the top end being connected to the bottom end of the connecting pipe.

The floor-standing air pump as described in claim 3, wherein: The top and bottom of the guide hole of the bridging base form a top connection port and a bottom connection port, respectively; the top and bottom of the connecting pipe are respectively provided with a top connector and a bottom connector, the top connector of the connecting pipe is connected to the interface of the base, and the bottom connector is connected to the top connection port.
5. The floor-standing air pump as described in claim 3, wherein: The bridging seat has a hollow portion extending from its top to its bottom, and the bridging seat is fitted onto the bottom of the cylinder body through this hollow portion.

The floor-standing air pump as described in claim 1, wherein: The airflow channel includes: an air guide section located at the connection end of the manifold and connected to the flow channel; a gauge mount installed on the bottom side of the cylinder block; and an interface connected to the connection end of the manifold and connected to the air guide section.
7. A floor-standing air pump as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: The gauge mount can be installed at an adjustable height on the cylinder block or combined with the cylinder head.
8. The floor-standing air pump as described in claim 1, wherein: A bundle is provided on the gauge base, and the gauge base uses the bundle to bind the cylinder body.

A floor-standing air pump as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: The pivot has a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion; the interface connects to the small diameter portion of the pivot; an inlet is provided on the pivot of the pressure gauge; the pivot of the pressure gauge is pivotally mounted on the large diameter portion of the pivot; the small diameter portion of the pivot is coaxially aligned with the inlet of the pivot.

A floor-standing air pump as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: An oblique receiving surface is provided on the gauge base; the pivot hole is obliquely recessed into the gauge base at an angle perpendicular to the receiving surface; an oblique connecting surface is provided on the pressure gauge; the pivot protrudes outward at an angle perpendicular to the connecting surface; the receiving surface of the gauge base is in contact with the connecting surface of the pressure gauge.

The floor-standing air pump as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising: a valve shaft; a flow guide hole disposed longitudinally in the valve shaft; a radial hole disposed radially in the valve shaft and extending to the circumferential surface of the valve shaft; the valve shaft being disposed in the shaft hole of the gauge base; one end of the hose being connected to the valve shaft; pressurized gas in the gauge base flowing into the shaft hole and flowing into the hose from the flow guide hole of the valve shaft.

The floor-standing air pump as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising: a connecting seat disposed on the top surface of the base; a first air hole disposed in the connecting seat and penetrating the top and bottom ends of the connecting seat; the bottom end of the cylinder body is fitted with the connecting seat; the first air hole communicates with the air chamber; and the inner end of the manifold is connected to the first air hole of the connecting seat.
