Abstract

A liquid-cooled pump device includes a housing with a liquid inlet and outlet, a top assembly, and a bottom assembly. The top assembly includes a cover and a motor. The cover forms an impeller chamber containing an impeller, and the impeller is coupled to a rotor of the motor. The motor includes a circuit board and a stator arranged above the cover. The bottom assembly includes a base, a cover membrane, and a water guide plate. The base is coupled to the housing and forms a heat exchange chamber with the cover membrane, thereby thermally coupling the base to a heat source to provide efficient heat dissipation.
