Abstract
Claims
1. A compression control mechanism for a punch binding machine, comprising: A base with at least one sliding column above it; a pressure plate installed on the sliding column of the base, with at least one upper sliding column above the pressure plate; A screw is fixed above the base and below the lower pressure plate. The screw has a lower thrust bearing at the base end and an upper thrust bearing at the lower pressure plate end. A slide is fitted onto the lower sliding column of the base. A nut is hidden inside the slide to pivotally connect to the screw. The slide moves up and down on the lower sliding column by the drive of the screw. An upper pressure plate is mounted on a sliding column above the lower pressure plate; a power mechanism is located above the base and includes a drive motor, a small pulley, a drive belt, and a large pulley, wherein the drive motor drives the small pulley to rotate, the small pulley drives the drive belt to rotate, the drive belt drives the large pulley to rotate, and the large pulley drives the screw to rise and fall; and an electromagnetic brake assembly is fixed above the base and includes an electromagnetic brake seat and a brake pad, wherein the brake pad is fixed below the large pulley; when the binding material is punched and bound, the pressure of the binding material when it is pressed can be continuously maintained to ensure that the punching and binding of the binding material are in the same position.
2. The compression control mechanism of the punching and binding machine as described in claim 1, wherein a buffer pad is installed at the top of the sliding column of the base and at the bottom of the pressure plate.
3. The compression control mechanism of the punching and binding machine as described in claim 1, wherein an upper buffer pad is installed at the top of the upper slide column above the lower pressure plate and at the bottom of the upper pressure plate.
4. The compression control mechanism of the punching and binding machine as described in claim 1, wherein a fixing plate is connected to the bottom of the drive motor of the power mechanism, and the fixing plate is fixed to the base by at least one support column below.
