Abstract

This invention discloses a folding stool core, including a fixed plate and a seat plate. The fixed plate has a mounting cavity at one end, and the seat plate has a mounting block at one end. The mounting block is rotatably assembled into the mounting cavity. The mounting cavity has a longitudinally movable locking block and a rotatable engaging block. The locking block and the engaging block can engage with each other, and both have a return spring at their bottom. A limiting part is provided between the locking block and the mounting block. In the unfolded state, the seat plate rotates upward until the limiting part engages, restricting the seat plate from rotating downward. In the fully unfolded state, the seat plate continues to rotate upward, and the mounting block pushes the locking block downward until it engages with the engaging block. The engaging state of the limiting part is released, and the seat plate can rotate downward and fold. In the folded state, the seat plate rotates downward, and the mounting block pushes the engaging block to rotate. The locking state of the locking block and the engaging block is released, and the locking block and the engaging block return to their original positions. The folding or unfolding requires fewer steps, is convenient to use, and meets the user's convenience requirements.

Claims

1. A folding stool core, comprising a fixing plate for conforming to the abdomen and a rotatable seat plate, wherein the fixing plate and the seat plate are rotatably connected, wherein, The fixed plate has a mounting cavity at one end, and the seat plate has a mounting block at one end. The mounting block rotates synchronously with the seat plate and is rotatably assembled into the mounting cavity. The mounting cavity contains a longitudinally movable locking block and a rotatable engaging block. The locking block and engaging block can engage with each other, and both have a return spring at their bottom. A limiting part is provided between the locking block and the mounting block. The folding stool core includes a folded state, an unfolded state, and a fully unfolded state. In the unfolded state, the seat plate near the fixed plate rotates upward until the limiting part between the mounting block and the locking block engages to restrict the seat plate from rotating downward. In the fully unfolded state, the unfolded seat plate continues to rotate upward, and the rotating mounting block gradually pushes the locking block downward until it engages with the engaging block. The locking block disengages from the mounting block, the engaging state of the limiting part is released, and the seat plate can rotate downward and fold. In the folded state, the seat plate rotates downward towards the fixed plate, the mounting block rotates and gradually pushes the engaging block to rotate, the locking state of the locking block and the engaging block is released, and the locking block and the engaging block are reset by the return spring.

2. The folding stool core as described in claim 1, wherein the limiting part includes a recessed limiting groove provided on the locking block and a limiting post provided on the mounting block and rotating with the mounting block, the limiting post being adapted to the limiting groove, and when the seat plate is rotated upward and unfolded, the limiting post is embedded in the limiting groove to form a fixed position to limit the downward rotation of the seat plate.

3. The folding stool core as described in claim 1, wherein the mounting block is provided with a first push block extending downward in an arc shape at one end near the locking block, the seat plate drives the mounting block to rotate upward, and the first push block pushes the locking block to move downward until it engages with the locking block.

4. The folding stool core as described in claim 3, wherein a second push block is provided at one end of the mounting block near the engaging block, the seat plate drives the mounting block to rotate downward, the second push block pushes the engaging block to rotate and disengage from the locking block, and the locking block and engaging block are reset by a reset spring.

5. The folding stool core as described in claim 4, wherein the engaging block is provided with a locking block on the side near the locking block, and the locking block is provided with a locking groove corresponding to the locking block, and the engaging block and the locking block are engaged by the locking block being embedded in the locking groove.

6. The folding stool core as described in claim 5, wherein the end of the snap-fit block is provided with an inclined guide surface, the locking block is provided with a guide surface, the guide surface is adapted to the guide surface, and when the locking block moves downward, the guide surface is embedded into the snap-fit groove along the guide surface.

7. The folding stool core as described in claim 1, wherein the locking block is provided with a shaft hole, and the locking block is rotatably assembled into the mounting cavity by means of a shaft post whose size is adapted to the shaft hole passing through the shaft hole.

8. The folding stool core as described in claim 1, wherein the locking block is provided with a movable groove, and the locking block is fixed by a shaft passing through the movable groove. The movable groove is the same width as the shaft and the length is greater than the shaft. When the locking block moves up and down, the shaft moves within the movable groove.

9. The folding stool core as described in claim 1, wherein the fixing plate has an arcuate profile.

10. The folding stool core as described in claim 1, wherein the seat plate and the fixing plate are provided with a plurality of ventilation holes.
