Abstract

The injection device of this novel all-electric multi-axis die-casting machine includes: a gooseneck unit comprising a straight cylindrical portion and a gooseneck neck; the straight cylindrical portion including a receiving space, an upper opening, a feed hole, a discharge hole, and at least one side hole; the receiving space communicating with the upper opening, the feed hole, and the side hole; a stop member movably disposed within the receiving space; a through injection channel having a through-hole within the gooseneck neck, the injection channel communicating with the receiving space; and a power unit comprising a power source, a transmission module connected to the power source, and an impact member connected to the transmission module; the impact member movably disposed within the receiving space; the power source drives the transmission module to operate, causing the impact member to rise or fall; when the impact member rises, the stop member rises simultaneously; when the impact member falls, it pushes against the stop member, causing the stop member to close the feed hole.

Claims

1. An injection device for an all-electric multi-axis die-casting machine, comprising: a gooseneck unit, comprising a straight cylindrical portion and a gooseneck neck, the straight cylindrical portion comprising a receiving space, an upper opening, a feed hole, a discharge hole and at least one side hole, the receiving space communicating with the upper opening, the feed hole and the side hole, a stop member movably disposed within the receiving space; the gooseneck neck having a through injection channel communicating with the receiving space; and a power unit, comprising a power source, a transmission module connected to the power source and an impact member connected to the transmission module, the impact member movably disposed within the receiving space, the power source driving the transmission module to operate, causing the impact member to rise or fall, the stop member rising simultaneously when the impact member rises, and the stop member pushing the stop member when the impact member falls, causing the stop member to close the feed hole.

2. The injection device of the all-electric multi-axis die-casting machine as described in claim 1, wherein the gooseneck unit is immersed in a high-temperature molten metal; the gooseneck unit further includes a slot and at least one side flow channel, one end of the injection channel is connected to the slot, the bottom of the slot is connected to the outside, and one side of the slot is connected to the side flow channel; the straight cylindrical portion is coupled into the slot, such that the feed hole is connected to the outside, the discharge hole is connected to the injection channel, and the side hole is connected to the side flow channel; the upper opening has a predetermined length to the bottom of the accommodating space, and the power output of the power source drives the transmission module to operate sequentially in stages, so that the striking member sequentially pushes the stop member a first predetermined distance and a second predetermined distance within the accommodating space.

3. The injection device of the all-electric multi-axis die-casting machine as described in claim 2, wherein when the striking member rises, the stop member rises simultaneously, the high-temperature molten metal enters the receiving space through the feed hole, the side flow channel and the side hole, when the striking member pushes the stop member to move the first predetermined distance, a portion of the high-temperature molten metal is discharged through the side hole, when the striking member pushes the stop member to move the second predetermined distance, the stop member closes the feed hole, so that the remaining high-temperature molten metal is ejected through the discharge hole and the injection channel.

4. The injection device of the all-electric multi-axis die casting machine as described in claim 3, wherein the stop member includes an upper part and a lower part, the upper part being a polygonal column and the lower part being conical, the upper part having at least a predetermined gap with the receiving space to allow the high-temperature molten metal to pass through; the stop member closes the feed hole with the lower part.

5. The injection device of the all-electric multi-axis die-casting machine as described in claim 3, wherein the stop is bead-shaped.

6. The injection device of the all-electric multi-axis die-casting machine as described in claim 3, wherein the first predetermined distance is less than the second predetermined distance, and the length of the sum of the first predetermined distance and the second predetermined distance is less than or equal to the predetermined length within the accommodating space; the two ends of the side flow channel are respectively provided with an inner hole and an outer hole, the height of the inner hole is greater than the height of the outer hole, so that the side flow channel has a predetermined slope; the upper opening and the feed hole are respectively located on the top surface and the bottom surface of the straight cylinder; the straight cylinder is further provided with a longitudinal groove, the bottom of the longitudinal groove communicating with the injection channel and the discharge hole; the diameter of the feed hole is less than the diameter of the accommodating space.

7. The injection device of the all-electric multi-axis die-casting machine as described in claim 6, wherein the height of the discharge hole is lower than the injection channel and the side hole.

8. The injection device of the all-electric multi-axis die-casting machine as described in claim 1, wherein the power source is an electric motor.
