Abstract
Claims
1. An automated inspection device, comprising: a rotating arm; a plurality of cameras fixedly mounted on the rotating arm; and a drive device connected to the rotating arm and configured to drive the rotating arm to rotate from a first stop position to a second stop position for inspection operations, and to drive the rotating arm to rotate back from the second stop position to the first stop position after the inspection operations are completed.
2. The automated inspection device as described in claim 1 further includes: a protective baffle, fixedly locked to the rotating arm, as a safety protection for the equipment in the event of electrical failure.
3. The automated inspection device as claimed in claim 1 further includes: a dustproof device disposed above the first stop position for shielding the plurality of cameras when the rotating arm returns to the first stop position.
4. The automated inspection device as described in claim 3, wherein, The dustproof device consists of a dustproof cloth and a locking element.
5. The automated inspection device as described in claim 1, wherein, The drive device includes: a protective housing; a gear set disposed inside the protective housing; an output shaft extending from the inside of the protective housing to the outside and connected to the gear set and the rotating arm; and an electric reducer disposed inside the protective housing and connected to the gear set, for driving the output shaft to rotate through the gear set, thereby driving the rotating arm to rotate.
6. The automated inspection device as described in claim 5, wherein, The drive device further includes: a plurality of limit switches, disposed inside the protective box, for controlling the rotation of the output shaft, so that the rotating arm can stop at the first stop position and the second stop position respectively.
7. The automated inspection device as described in claim 6, wherein, The number of complex limit switches is four.
8. The automated inspection device as described in claim 5, wherein, The output shaft system is supported by two bearing housings.
