Abstract
Claims
1. An improved structure for an environmentally friendly, non-transferable, sealing adhesive tape, comprising: a plastic-free fiber paper, which is an environmentally friendly material with a transparent layer; a release layer, which is also an environmentally friendly material, disposed on the back of the plastic-free fiber paper, the release layer being pseudo- or lightly adhered to the plastic-free fiber paper, and having several release gaps within the release layer; and a gold varnish layer, formed of a transparent or semi-transparent solvent-based resin, the gold varnish layer being coated on the back of the release layer and filling the release gaps. A gold varnish layer is formed within the gap, allowing the gold varnish layer to contact the plastic-free fiber paper, and the adhesion between the gold varnish layer and the plastic-free fiber paper is greater than the adhesion between the release layer and the plastic-free fiber paper; a color ink layer is printed on the back of the gold varnish layer; a water-based resin layer is adhered to the back of the color ink layer, and the water-based resin layer is composed of an adhesive film; an oil-based acrylic adhesive layer is adhered to the back of the water-based resin layer; and a release liner is adhered to the back of the oil-based acrylic adhesive layer.

The improved structure of the environmentally friendly non-transformable sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 1, wherein after the release liner is torn off, it is adhered and sealed to an object by the oil-based acrylic adhesive layer, and the adhesion between the gold varnish layer and the non-plastic fiber paper is greater than the adhesion between the oil-based acrylic adhesive layer and the object.
3. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly non-transformable sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 1, wherein the water-based resin layer is a polyurethane / PU resin, which is a transparent, tough, and highly malleable polymer material.

The improved structure of the environmentally friendly non-transferable sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 2, wherein the release layer and the gold paint adhesive layer are arranged in an adjacent repeating pattern, and the gold paint adhesive layer extends downward to the oil-based acrylic adhesive layer to form a gold paint adhesive layer guide longitudinal column, and the release layer extends downward to the oil-based acrylic adhesive layer to form a release layer guide longitudinal column, and the gold paint adhesive layer guide longitudinal column and the release layer guide longitudinal column are arranged in an alternating / adjacent continuous combination.
5. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly non-transformable sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 4, wherein the adhesion between the release layer and the non-plastic fiber paper is less than the adhesion between the gold oil layer and the non-plastic fiber paper.

The improved structure of the environmentally friendly non-transformable sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 5, wherein when the oil-based acrylic adhesive layer is peeled off from the substrate, the release layer is pulled downward and elongated by the longitudinal tearing force of the oil-based acrylic adhesive layer on the substrate.
7. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly non-transformable sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 6, wherein the release layer guide column is relatively displaced / staggered by one position relative to the gold paint adhesive layer guide column.

The improved structure of the environmentally friendly non-transformable sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 1, wherein the plastic-free fiber paper is a glassine paper or supercalendered paper (SC paper), the glassine paper is an ultra-thin semi-transparent paper, and the supercalendered paper is formed into a transparent layer through processes such as pulp preparation, paper forming, pressing and drying and supercalendering treatment.
9. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly non-transferable sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 1, wherein the environmentally friendly material of the release layer is a solvent-based resin.
