Abstract

A welding machine includes a welding head with a negative pressure adsorption hole in its main body, and a feeding mechanism with a slide rail, a sensor and a slider to transport film material. During operation, the clamping mechanism uses a rotatable swing arm and a limiting block to accurately position the clamping member to clamp the film material. Then, the film material passes through the channels at both ends of the first support block, and is flattened and fixed by the flattening mechanism on the first support block. Subsequently, the guide sleeve of the first support block guides the welding head to descend by the difference in the size of the holes. At the same time, the cutting member on the second support block cuts the film material so that the shape of the film material can conform to the shape of the welding head, so that the film material is attached to the welding head. Finally, the welding head can accurately ultrasonically weld the film material to the workpiece along the working path, so that the welding machine has the function of welding film material.
