A capsule containing a full-spectrum E (E Spectrum All) natural vitamin E (α,β,γ,δ) composition with antioxidant and free radical reduction properties, characterized in that the capsule comprises: A capsule body is provided with a left shell and a right shell respectively docked, the left shell and the right shell docked and forming a receiving chamber inside; a plurality of particles are disposed in the receiving chamber of the capsule body, the particles comprising: at least two natural active forms of vitamin E and including concentrated d-α-tocopherol and mixed concentrated tocopherols.
