Abstract

This invention provides a cutting blade regeneration device, including a housing, a grinding element, and a pair of bearings. The housing defines a receiving space, and a receiving groove is formed in the housing. The grinding element is disposed in the receiving space, and the grinding element includes a grinding body, a shaft, and an extension. The grinding body includes an outer peripheral surface, and the outer peripheral surface forms a toothed undulating profile that repeats axially, and the toothed undulating profile is composed of alternating annular protrusions and annular recesses. The shaft is connected to the grinding body and extends axially. The extension is connected to the shaft and extends axially, and the extension protrudes from the housing. A pair of bearings are disposed at both ends of the shaft and received within the receiving groove, and the bearings are configured to rotatably connect the grinding element to the housing.

Claims

1. A cutting blade regeneration device, comprising: An outer shell defines a receiving space, wherein a receiving groove is formed in the outer shell; A grinding element disposed in the accommodating space includes: a grinding body including an outer peripheral surface, the outer peripheral surface forming a toothed undulating profile that repeats along the axial direction, and the toothed undulating profile being composed of a plurality of annular protrusions and a plurality of annular recesses alternatingly; and a shaft connecting the grinding body and extending along an axial direction. And an extension that connects to the shaft and extends along the axial direction and exposes the housing; and a pair of bearings disposed at both ends of the shaft and received in the receiving groove, configured to allow the grinding element to be rotatably connected to the housing.

2. The cutting blade regeneration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing includes a first housing and a second housing, and the receiving grooves include: A first groove is formed in the first housing and opens toward the second housing, wherein the first groove has a first arc-shaped groove surface; And a second groove is formed in the second housing and opens toward the first housing, wherein the second groove has a second arcuate groove surface.

3. The cutting blade regeneration device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first groove and the second groove are coaxially aligned with each other, and the radii of curvature of the first arcuate groove surface and the second arcuate groove surface correspond to the outer diameter of the bearing.

4. The cutting blade regeneration device as claimed in claim 2 further includes a fastener that securely connects the first housing and the second housing.

5. The cutting blade regeneration apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein an abrasive layer is formed on the outer peripheral surface, and the abrasive layer forms an annular abrasive section around the outer peripheral surface.

6. The cutting blade regeneration device as claimed in claim 1 further includes an anti-slip element disposed on one of the outer surfaces of the housing.

7. The cutting blade regeneration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extension has a hollow connecting hole, and the connecting hole extends along the axial direction.

8. The cutting blade regeneration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing includes a first housing and a second housing, the first housing and the second housing together defining a first opening, the second housing having a second opening, and the outer peripheral surface including a first portion exposed through the first opening and a second portion exposed through the second opening.

9. The cutting blade regeneration device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first housing is smaller than the second housing such that the second housing forms a bearing surface exposed above the first housing, the bearing surface being disposed adjacent to the first opening.

10. The cutting blade regeneration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the housing includes metal.
