Abstract

A spoon includes a spoon-holding part and a gripping part. The spoon-holding part includes a spoon-holding portion and a connecting portion extending from the spoon-holding portion along an axial direction. The connecting portion has at least one through hole. The gripping part connects to the connecting portion and extends along the axial direction, the gripping part covering the connecting portion and the at least one through hole, so that the gripping part is engaged with the spoon-holding part. By the gripping part covering the connecting portion of the spoon-holding part and the at least one through hole of the connecting portion, a robust interlocking structure can be formed, so that the spoon-holding part is tightly engaged with the gripping part, thereby improving the bonding strength.

Claims

1. A spoon comprising: a spoon-holding member including a spoon-holding portion and a connecting portion extending from the spoon-holding portion along an axial direction, the connecting portion having at least one through hole; and a gripping member connected to the connecting portion and extending along the axial direction, the gripping member covering the connecting portion and covering the at least one through hole, such that the gripping member is engaged with the spoon-holding member.

2. The spoon as described in claim 1, wherein, The connector has several of these through holes.

3. The spoon as described in claim 2, wherein, These through holes are spaced apart along the axial direction.

4. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The spoon portion has a first outer diameter extending along a width direction at one end adjacent to the connecting portion, and the connecting portion has a second outer diameter extending along the width direction. The length of the first outer diameter is greater than the length of the second outer diameter.

5. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The shape of the connecting part along the axial direction away from the end edge of the spoon part is either arc-shaped or square.

6. The spoon as claimed in claim 4, wherein, The length of the connecting portion extending away from the spoon portion along the axial direction is greater than the length of the second outer diameter.

7. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The connecting part is flat.

8. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, At least one through hole extends through the connection along a normal direction intersecting the axial direction.

9. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The at least one through hole is either round or square.

10. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The spoon container is made of metal and is molded in one piece.

11. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The grip is made of plastic.

12. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The gripper is either injection molded or cast.

13. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The gripping component is either a cuboid or a cylinder extending along the axial direction.

14. The spoon as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The spoon container also includes a shoulder that connects the spoon portion to the connecting portion.

15. The spoon as described in claim 14, wherein, The grip extends from the shoulder along the axis away from the spoon portion.
