Abstract
Claims
1. A fan device, comprising: A fan housing, including a first air outlet and a second air outlet; A fan blade assembly is rotatably disposed within the fan housing; a valve is movably disposed within the fan housing to cover or expose the second air outlet; and a controller controls the movement of the valve, wherein when the valve covers the second air outlet, the fan device exhausts air through the first air outlet, and when the controller controls the valve to expose the second air outlet, the fan device exhausts air through both the first and second air outlets.
2. The fan device as claimed in claim 1 further includes a magnet and an electromagnet, the electromagnet being electrically connected to the controller, one of the magnet and the electromagnet being disposed on the valve, and the other being disposed on the fan housing at a location next to the second air outlet.

The fan device as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the electromagnet is supplied with a current in a first direction, the electromagnet and the magnet repel each other, causing the valve to block the second air outlet; and when the electromagnet is supplied with a current in a second direction, the electromagnet and the magnet attract each other, causing the valve to expose the second air outlet.

The fan device as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the electromagnet is not energized, the magnet attracts the unenergized electromagnet, causing the valve to block the second air outlet, and when the electromagnet is energized, the magnet repels the electromagnet, causing the valve to expose the second air outlet.

The fan device as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the electromagnet is energized, the magnet repels the electromagnet, causing the valve to block the second air outlet, and when the electromagnet is not energized, the magnet attracts the unenergized electromagnet, causing the valve to expose the second air outlet.
6. The fan device as claimed in claim 1 further includes a motor electrically connected to the controller and driving the movement of the valve.
7. The fan device as claimed in claim 1 further includes a temperature sensor electrically connected to the controller, wherein when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor is lower than a set value, the valve blocks the second air outlet, and when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor is greater than or equal to the set value, the controller controls the valve to expose the second air outlet.
8. The fan device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller is electrically connected to the fan blade assembly, and when the rotational speed of the fan blade assembly is lower than a set value, the valve blocks the second air outlet, and when the rotational speed of the fan blade assembly is greater than or equal to the set value, the controller controls the valve to expose the second air outlet.
9. The fan device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the size of the second air outlet is smaller than the size of the first air outlet.
10. The fan device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first air outlet and the second air outlet face different directions.
