Abstract

An automatic renewal policy management system for residential and commercial insurance includes a communication module, a renewal judgment module, and a verification and signature module. The communication module receives and transmits information. The renewal judgment module compares the expiring policy with historical policy information, and then compares the current year's application with the expiring policy to generate a comparison result. The verification and signature module receives a property insurance login request from an employee's device, retrieves the corresponding employee's property insurance certificate information and training records from its internal database, and outputs an access activation signal to enable the employee's electronic signature access to the renewal case. When the comparison result meets an automatic renewal condition, the system allows the employee's device with electronic signature access to execute the renewal case collection process.
