Abstract

A real-time quality control monitoring system for a customer service center includes a front-end device comprising a front-end call module, a front-end instruction module, and a sending module; a back-end device comprising a back-end call module, a back-end instruction module, and a receiving module; and a management device electrically connected to the front-end and back-end devices. The management device has a storage module for storing information from the front-end and back-end devices. This invention allows front-end customer service personnel to instantly relay communication issues with customers to back-end supervisors for collaborative handling, thus preventing potential communication problems between customers and customer service personnel.

Claims

1. A real-time quality control monitoring system for a customer service center, comprising: a front-end device including a front-end call module, a front-end instruction module and a sending module; a back-end device including a back-end call module, a back-end instruction module and a receiving module; and a management device electrically connected to the front-end device and the back-end device, the management device having a storage module for storing information of the front-end device and the back-end device.

The real-time quality control monitoring system for customer service centers as described in claim 1, wherein the front-end indicator module and the back-end indicator module each include a plurality of indicator lights, and the sending module includes a plurality of input elements, each of which corresponds to a particular indicator light.

3. The real-time quality control monitoring system for the customer service center as described in Request 1, wherein the front-end call module and the back-end call module are each a telephone.

4. The real-time quality control monitoring system for customer service centers as described in claim 2, wherein each of the input elements is a button.
