Abstract

This invention is a visual ureteral guiding sheath, comprising a sheath component and an expansion component detachably inserted into the sheath component. The sheath component includes an operating part and a catheter part located on the operating part and extending forward, with a deformable section at its anterior end. The expansion component includes a gripping part and a transparent tube part located on the gripping part and extending forward, with a curved section at its anterior end. The transparent tube part can extend into the operating part and the catheter part and protrude from the end of the catheter part. This allows the physician to insert a flexible ureteroscope into the transparent tube part without obstructing the endoscope lens, enabling simultaneous acquisition of the patient's internal image during the insertion of the visual ureteral guiding sheath. In addition, the deformable and curved sections are flexible and can be adjusted to a suitable bending angle when passing through tortuous areas, which helps to improve the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of insertion.

Claims

1. A visual ureteral guiding sheath, comprising: a sheath member including an operating portion and a catheter portion, the catheter portion being disposed on the operating portion and extending toward a forward end of the operating portion, and having a flexible deformable section formed at its forward end; and an expansion member detachably inserted into the sheath member, including a grip portion and a transparent tube portion, the transparent tube portion being disposed on the grip portion and extending toward a forward end of the grip portion, and capable of extending into the interior of the operating portion and the catheter portion of the sheath member, and extending out from the end of the catheter portion, the forward end of the transparent tube portion having a flexible curved section formed at its forward end.
