Abstract
Claims
1. An improved drill bit structure, wherein the drill bit includes a shank and a cutting edge extending from one side of the shank. A first cutting edge and a second cutting edge extend outwardly from the drill tip at the end of the cutting edge. A first chip removal groove and a second chip removal groove are provided alternately between the spirally extending first and second cutting edges. The plurality of helical inclination angles provided by the cutting edge along the axial direction correspond to different axial sections of the cutting edge, so that the first and second chip removal grooves corresponding to different axial sections form chip removal spaces of different sizes.
2. The improved drill bit structure as described in claim 1, wherein the helical angles of the drill bit are sequentially set as a first helical angle, a second helical angle, a third helical angle, a fourth helical angle, a fifth helical angle, and a sixth helical angle, and the helical angles gradually increase from the end closer to the drill tip to the end farther away from the drill tip.
3. The improved drill bit structure as described in claim 1, wherein the helical inclination angles of the drill bit increase proportionally and can be configured to be proportionally enlarged, so that the first chip removal groove and the second chip removal groove form a gradually increasing chip removal space in different axial sections.
4. The improved drill bit structure as described in claim 1, wherein a guide portion is provided on the rear side of the first drill bit portion and the second drill bit portion of the drill bit.
5. The improved drill bit structure as described in claim 4, wherein an auxiliary cutting edge is formed at the outer edge of the first drill bit, the second drill bit, and the guide cutting edges, and the auxiliary cutting edge includes a first auxiliary cutting edge corresponding to the first drill bit and the second drill bit, and a second auxiliary cutting edge corresponding to the cut edge of each guide cutting edge.
