Egg collection device

Abstract

An egg collection device is suitable for installation in a poultry house to accommodate multiple eggs, and includes a nest box unit, a collection unit, and a storage unit installed in the poultry house. The nest box unit includes a box defining a space for accommodating the eggs. The box has an opening communicating with the space and the outside for the eggs to roll out. The collection unit connects to the opening of the box and can be used to receive the eggs rolling out of the box. The storage unit connects to the nest box unit and can be activated to shift the nest box unit between an egg collection position and a storage position. In the egg collection position, the nest box unit is located on the floor of the poultry house; in the storage position, the nest box unit is moved off the floor of the poultry house. Through the structural design of the collection unit and the storage unit, the device achieves automatic retraction and does not occupy poultry activity space.

Claims

1. An egg collection device suitable for installation in a poultry house and for accommodating a plurality of eggs, comprising: a nest box unit, disposed in the poultry house and including a box defining a accommodating space for accommodating the eggs, the box having an opening communicating with the accommodating space and the outside for allowing the eggs to roll out, the nest box unit being displaceable relative to the poultry house between an egg collection position and a storage position, wherein in the egg collection position the nest box unit is located on the floor of the poultry house, and in the storage position the nest box unit is moved away from the floor of the poultry house; a collection unit, disposed in the poultry house and connected to the opening of the box, and for receiving the eggs rolling out of the box; and a storage unit, disposed in the poultry house and retractably connected to the nest box unit, the storage unit being activating to move the nest box unit and cause the nest box unit to displace between the egg collection position and the storage position.

2. The egg collecting device as described in claim 1, wherein, The storage unit is connected to the top of the nest box unit and can be used to suspend the box so that it is raised away from the poultry house floor.

An egg collection device suitable for installation in a poultry house and for accommodating a plurality of eggs, comprising: a nest box unit, disposed in the poultry house and including a box defining a accommodating space for accommodating the eggs, the box having an opening communicating with the accommodating space and the outside for allowing the eggs to roll out, the nest box unit being pivotable between an egg collection position and a storage position, the nest box unit being located on the floor of the poultry house in the egg collection position and below the floor of the poultry house in the storage position; a collection unit, disposed in the poultry house and connected to the opening of the box, and for receiving the eggs rolling out of the box; and a storage unit, disposed in the poultry house and retractably connected to the nest box unit, including a linkage connecting to the bottom of the box and a pivot connecting the box to the floor of the poultry house, the box being driven by the linkage and pivoting relative to the pivot between the egg collection position and the storage position.

The egg collecting device as described in claim 7, wherein, The linkage includes a slide rail located at the bottom of the housing, a turntable that can be operated and rotated, and a connecting rod connecting the turntable and the slide rail.
