Abstract

A meta-lens module is provided, comprising a first meta-lens, a second meta-lens, and a light-shielding pattern structure. The first meta-lens includes a first substrate and a first meta-surface. The second meta-lens is located above the first meta-lens and includes a second substrate and a second meta-surface, wherein the first meta-surface is located away from the second meta-lens. The light-shielding pattern structure defines an aperture, wherein the second meta-surface is located away from the first meta-lens and the light-shielding pattern structure is located between the first substrate and the second substrate, or the second meta-surface is adjacent to the first meta-lens and the light-shielding pattern structure is located above the second meta-lens. A lens module including the aforementioned meta-lens module is also provided.

Claims

1. A super-sensitive lens module, comprising: A first meta-lens includes a first substrate and a first meta-surface; a second meta-lens, located above the first meta-lens, includes a second substrate and a second meta-surface, wherein the first meta-surface is away from the second meta-lens; and a light-shielding pattern structure defines an aperture, wherein the second meta-surface is away from the first meta-lens and the light-shielding pattern structure is located between the first substrate and the second substrate, or the second meta-surface is adjacent to the first meta-lens and the light-shielding pattern structure is located above the second meta-lens.

2. The meta-lens module as described in claim 1, wherein the first meta-surface is configured to face an image sensor.

The super-lens module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light-shielding pattern structure is located between the first substrate and the second substrate and contacts a surface of the first substrate facing away from the first super-lens and / or a surface of the second substrate facing away from the second super-lens.

4. The super-lens module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second super-lens is adjacent to the first super-lens but separate from the first substrate.

5. The super-lens module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second super-lens is adjacent to the first super-lens and contacts the first substrate.

6. The super-lens module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light-shielding pattern structure is located above the second super-lens and contacts a surface of the second substrate that is opposite to the second super-lens.

7. The super-lens module as described in claim 1, wherein the light-shielding pattern structure is a light-shielding coating or a mechanical component.

8. The super-lens module as described in claim 1 further includes: A peripheral light-shielding structure is provided to shield one side surface of the first superlens and one side surface of the second superlens.

9. The super-lens module as described in claim 8, wherein the peripheral light-shielding structure includes a light-shielding coating.

10. A lens module, comprising: The super-lens module as described in claim 1; And an image sensor is disposed below the first superlens.
