Abstract
Claims
1. A panoramic optical inspection lens module, comprising: A multifocal mirror; And at least one reflective structure is disposed around the lower surface of the multifocal mirror; The reflective structure has an incident surface and a reflective surface for receiving incident light from the lateral region of the object under test. The reflective surface changes the propagation direction of the incident light, so that the reflected light passes through the multifocal mirror and is projected onto an image sensing element at a fixed position. This allows the image sensing element to acquire a full-view image of the object under test in a single image capture. The full-view image includes an upward image portion and at least one lateral image portion.
2. The all-view optical inspection lens module as requested in item 1, wherein the multifocal mirror is an off-axis elliptical mirror.
3. The all-view optical inspection lens module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reflective structure includes a prism.
4. The all-view optical inspection lens module as described in claim 3, wherein the prism is a ring prism.
5. The all-view optical inspection lens module as claimed in claim 3, wherein the prism comprises a plurality of segmented prisms arranged at intervals between each other.
6. The all-view optical inspection lens module as requested in claim 1, wherein the incident light system is less than 45 degrees relative to the horizontal plane.
7. The all-view optical inspection lens module as requested in item 4, wherein the lateral image portion is ring-shaped.
8. The all-view optical inspection lens module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lateral image portion is represented in polar coordinates, and the ratio of the size of the lateral image portion in the radial direction to the height of the object under test is 1:
1.
9. The all-view optical inspection lens module as described in claim 1, wherein the image sensing element is a CCD sensor or a CMOS sensor.
10. The all-view optical inspection lens module as requested in item 1 is configured in an automated optical inspection device, a solder paste inspection device, a semiconductor packaging inspection device, a biological inspection device, or a microfluidic inspection device.
