Abstract
Claims
1. A desorption apparatus for desorbing a target substance adsorbed by at least one first adsorbent material, wherein the desorption apparatus comprises: A first receiving container for containing the at least one first absorbent material; A wet trap container through which a reaction fluid flows; A first connecting pipe for connecting the first containing container and the wet trap container; a gas supply device connected to the first containing container and for heating a gas flow to a specified temperature and guiding the gas flow to the first containing container, so that the target object is desorbed from the at least one first adsorbent and mixed with the gas flow to form a desorbed gas, and the desorbed gas is guided to the wet trap container via the first connecting pipe; a circulating collection device connected to the wet trap container and for receiving a collection liquid flowing in from the wet trap container, and supplying the reaction fluid stored in the circulating collection device to the wet trap container; wherein the wet trap container is used to contact the desorbed gas with the reaction fluid, so that the reaction fluid traps the target object in the desorbed gas to form the collection liquid, and the collection liquid flows from the wet trap container into the circulating collection device, so that the target object is retained in the circulating collection device.
2. The desorption device as described in claim 1, further comprising: A circulation pipeline connects the first container and the air supply device, and is used to allow the airflow to circulate between the first container and the air supply device; and a three-way valve connects the first container, the circulation pipeline and the first connecting pipe, and is used to selectively switch between a circulation state and an inlet state; wherein, in the circulation state, the three-way valve guides the airflow to the circulation pipeline so that the airflow circulates between the first container and the air supply device, and in the inlet state, the three-way valve guides the airflow from the first container to the first connecting pipe.
3. The desorption device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the airflow supply device comprises: A hot air supply device is used to generate the airflow and heat the airflow to the specified temperature; wherein the hot air supply device is used to heat the airflow when the three-way valve is in the circulation state, so that the airflow circulates and heats up between the first container and the airflow supply device, and after the airflow is heated to the specified temperature by the hot air supply device, the three-way valve switches from the circulation state to the inlet state, so that the desorbed gas is guided from the first container to the first connecting pipe.
4. The desorption device as described in claim 1, further comprising: A gas injection port is provided in the first connecting pipe between the first containing container and the wet trap container, and is used to introduce oxidizing gas into the first connecting pipe so that the oxidizing gas mixes with the desorbed gas flowing through the first connecting pipe.
5. The desorption apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the oxidizing gas includes ozone.
6. The desorption device as described in claim 1, further comprising: A flow adjustment device is disposed in the first connecting pipe between the first containing container and the wet collection container, and is used to adjust the flow rate of the desorbed gas flowing through the first connecting pipe so that the desorbed gas is guided to the wet collection container at a predetermined flow rate.
7. The desorption apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the circulating liquid collection device comprises: A collection tank is detachably connected to the wet trap container and is used to receive the collection liquid flowing in from the wet trap container and supply the stored reaction fluid to the wet trap container; and a reactant addition port is disposed in the collection tank and is used to add a reactant to the collection tank so that the reactant mixes into the reaction fluid.
8. The desorption device as described in claim 1, further comprising: A second connecting pipe connects to the wet collection container; A second containment container, connected to the second connecting pipe, and used to contain at least one second adsorbent material; and a discharge port, connected to the second containment container; wherein the second connecting pipe is used to guide a residual gas discharged from the wet trap container to the second containment container, and the at least one second adsorbent material is used to adsorb the target substance in the residual gas to form a purified gas, and the purified gas is discharged from the desorption device through the discharge port.
9. The desorption device as described in claim 8, further comprising: A cooling device is provided in the second connecting pipe and is used to cool the residual gas so that the cooled residual gas flows into the second container.
10. The desorption device as described in claim 8, further comprising: A gas delivery device is connected to the second connecting pipe and located between the wet trap container and the second containment container; wherein the gas delivery device is used to guide the residual gas discharged from the wet trap container to the second containment container via the second connecting pipe.
