Abstract

This invention proposes a fiberglass cloth cutting device for cutting a fiberglass cloth, comprising an inlet end, an outlet end, and a cutting assembly. The cutting assembly is disposed between the inlet and outlet ends and includes a blade assembly and a laser emitter assembly. The laser emitter assembly has two laser emitters arranged side-by-side along the direction of movement of the fiberglass cloth, emitting laser light towards the fiberglass cloth and forming a laser path. The blade assembly cuts the fiberglass cloth along the laser path. When one laser emitter emits laser light onto the surface of the fiberglass cloth and heats it, the other laser emitter is turned off for cooling to prevent overheating. Furthermore, when switching between the two laser emitters, both emit laser light towards the fiberglass cloth simultaneously.

1.
