Abstract

This invention proposes an automatic material receiving device for gripping and moving a fiberglass cloth. The automatic material receiving device has an inlet end, an outlet end, a first picking component, and a second picking component. The inlet end and the outlet end are opposite to each other. The first picking component and the second picking component are movably disposed between the inlet end and the outlet end. The first picking component has a first extension arm. The first extension arm is movably disposed on one side of the automatic material receiving device. The second picking component has a second extension arm. The second extension arm is movably disposed on the other side of the automatic material receiving device, and the extension direction of the first extension arm is opposite to the extension direction of the second extension arm. The first and second extension arms enable the fiberglass cloth to remain flat during the gripping and moving process.

Claims

1. An automatic receiving device for gripping a fiberglass cloth; the automatic receiving device comprising: a feed end through which the fiberglass cloth can enter the automatic receiving device; a discharge end through which the fiberglass cloth can leave the automatic receiving device; the feed end to the discharge end forming a receiving direction; a first picking assembly disposed between the feed end and the discharge end and movable along the receiving direction; the first picking assembly comprising: a first extension arm movably disposed on one side of the automatic receiving device; the extension direction of the first extension arm being perpendicular to the receiving direction and parallel to the extension direction of the fiberglass cloth; a plurality of first gripping portions disposed on the first extension arm and extending toward the feed end; the first gripping portions being spaced apart from each other; A second material-grabbing assembly for gripping the fiberglass cloth; the second material-grabbing assembly is disposed between the feed end and the discharge end, and is movable along the take-up direction; the second material-grabbing assembly has: a second extension arm, which is movably disposed on the other side of the automatic take-up device; the extension direction of the second extension arm is perpendicular to the take-up direction and parallel to the extension direction of the fiberglass cloth; a plurality of second gripping portions, which are disposed on the second extension arm and extend toward the feed end; the second gripping portions are arranged at intervals from each other; wherein, When the first material-grabbing component picks up the fiberglass cloth, the first material-grabbing component moves from the feed end toward the discharge end, and the second material-grabbing component moves from the discharge end toward the feed end and is positioned above the first material-grabbing component; when the second material-grabbing component picks up the fiberglass cloth, the second material-grabbing component moves from the feed end toward the discharge end, and the first material-grabbing component moves from the discharge end toward the feed end and is positioned above the second material-grabbing component.

2. The automatic material receiving device as described in claim 1, wherein, The automatic material receiving device has: two linear motors, which are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the automatic material receiving device; a first material picking component is disposed on one of the linear motors and can move along the material receiving direction through the one of the linear motors; and a second material picking component is disposed on the other linear motor and can move along the material receiving direction through the other linear motor.

3. The automatic receiving device as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, Each of the first gripping parts is a clamp, and its opening and closing are controlled by air pressure.

4. The automatic receiving device as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, Each of the second gripping parts is a clamp, and its opening and closing are controlled by air pressure.
