Abstract

This invention relates to an electric thermostatic chamber, comprising a chamber body and an opening, with a door panel at the opening; a water tank assembly including a water basin, a steam heating element, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, and a water level sensor, the water basin being disposed within the chamber body, and the steam heating element, water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe, and water level sensor being disposed within the water basin; at least one shelf disposed within the chamber body; at least one drying heating element disposed within the chamber body; and a control device disposed within the chamber body and electrically connected to the steam heating element, water level sensor, and drying heating element. The control device is used to set and control the temperature, humidity, and heating on / off status of the steam heating element and drying heating element within the chamber body. Users can adjust appropriate parameters according to their needs and the characteristics of different foods to maintain the desired taste. After use, a drying action can be performed to keep the interior of the chamber dry and clean.

Claims

1. An electric thermostatic box, comprising: a box body having an internal space and an opening communicating with the internal space, the box body having a door panel disposed at the opening, the door panel being openable and closable; a water tank assembly comprising a water basin, a steam heating pipe, a water inlet pipe, a water drain pipe, and a water level detector, the water basin being disposed within the box body, the steam heating pipe being disposed within the water basin, one end of the water inlet pipe being disposed within the water basin and communicating into the water basin, the other end of the water inlet pipe extending out of the box body, one end of the water drain pipe being connected into the water basin, the other end of the water drain pipe extending out of the water basin, and the water level detector being disposed within the water basin; at least one shelf disposed within the box body; and at least one drying heating pipe disposed within the box body. A control device is disposed in the chamber and electrically connected to the steam heating tube, the water level detector and the at least one drying heating tube. The control device is used to set and control the temperature and humidity inside the chamber, and the heating on / off of the steam heating tube and the at least one drying heating tube.

2. The electric thermostatic box as described in claim 1, wherein a water collection trough is provided at the lower edge of the opening of the box body, and the water collection trough is adjacent to the door panel.

3. The electric thermostatic box as described in claim 2, wherein the water collection tank is a long tank structure and extends along both sides of the opening.

4. The electric thermostatic box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one drying heating tube is located below the at least one shelf.

5. The electric thermostatic oven as described in claim 1, wherein one of the drying heating tubes is located below the water basin.

6. The electric thermostatic box as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a temperature sensor disposed within the box and electrically connected to the control device.

7. The electric thermostatic chamber as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a humidity detector disposed within the chamber and electrically connected to the control device.

The electric thermostatic chamber as described in claim 1, wherein the control device is located near the top of the chamber, has an operation panel, and through the operation panel and internal program, humidity, temperature, automatic water inlet and outlet, heating, heat preservation and humidification time, etc. can be controlled as needed, and the power switch time and automatic drying of the chamber interior can also be freely set.
