Environmental awareness teaching aid

Abstract

An environmentally friendly educational toy for young children includes a main body and a plurality of circular cover plates. The main body comprises an upper hemispherical shell and a lower hemispherical shell pivotally connected to each other, and each hemispherical shell is pivotally connected to a circular cover plate. When folded, the circular cover plates overlap between the upper and lower hemispherical shells, giving the main body an animal-shaped appearance; when unfolded, the upper and lower hemispherical shells each form a concave operating space, and the circular cover plates form a plurality of operating surfaces. Thus, it can simultaneously serve as an animal-shaped display, a storage space for educational toy accessories, and a multi-area operating space.

Claims

1. A preschool environmental awareness teaching tool, comprising: A main body having a folded state and an unfolded state, the main body comprising an upper hemispherical shell, a lower hemispherical shell, and a shaping part, the upper hemispherical shell and the lower hemispherical shell being pivotally connected to each other, allowing the upper hemispherical shell and the lower hemispherical shell to open and close relative to each other; and a plurality of circular cover plates, respectively pivotally connected to opposite sides of the upper hemispherical shell and the lower hemispherical shell, allowing each circular cover plate to be flipped outward relative to the corresponding upper hemispherical shell or the lower hemispherical shell; wherein, in the folded state, the circular cover plates overlap between the opposite surfaces of the upper hemispherical shell and the lower hemispherical shell, and the upper hemispherical shell, the lower hemispherical shell, and the shaping part together form an animal-shaped appearance; wherein, in the unfolded state, the upper hemispherical shell and the lower hemispherical shell each form a concave operating space, and the circular cover plates each form a plurality of operating surfaces.

The preschool environmental awareness teaching aid as described in claim 1, wherein the upper hemisphere and the lower hemisphere are respectively bowl-shaped shells, such that the upper hemisphere and the lower hemisphere, when unfolded, respectively form storage spaces for accommodating teaching aid accessories.

The preschool environmental awareness teaching aid as described in claim 1, wherein the circular cover plate comprises two upper cover plates and two lower cover plates, the two upper cover plates being pivotally connected to the left and right sides of the upper hemispherical shell respectively, and the two lower cover plates being pivotally connected to the left and right sides of the lower hemispherical shell respectively.

4. The preschool environmental awareness teaching aid as described in claim 3, wherein the two upper cover plates, the two lower cover plates, the upper hemisphere shell, and the lower hemisphere shell together form six circular areas in the unfolded state.

The preschool environmental awareness teaching aid as described in claim 1, wherein each of the circular cover plates has a first surface and a second surface, the first surface and the second surface respectively forming the operating surface for the setting of picture cards, puzzles, cards or operating components.

The preschool environmental awareness teaching aid as described in claim 1 further includes a plurality of fasteners, which are respectively disposed on the upper hemispherical shell, the lower hemispherical shell, or the circular cover plates for fixing teaching aid accessories or restricting the relative positions of the circular cover plates.

7. The early childhood environmental awareness teaching aids as described in claim 6, wherein the fasteners are magnetic elements or Velcro.

The environmental awareness teaching aid for preschoolers as described in claim 1, wherein a pivot structure is provided between the upper hemisphere shell and the lower hemisphere shell, so that the upper hemisphere shell and the lower hemisphere shell open and close relative to each other along a transverse axis.

The preschool environmental awareness teaching aid as described in claim 1 further includes a plurality of teaching aid accessories, such teaching aid accessories including picture cards, cards, puzzles, operation boards or number turntables, and such teaching aid accessories are disposed on such operation surfaces or stored in such concave operation spaces.

10. The environmental awareness teaching aid for preschoolers as described in claim 1, wherein the animal shape is shaped like a sea turtle.
