Liquid injection device

Abstract

This invention relates to a liquid injection device for assembly into a machine tool. The device includes a container, a first cover, a second cover, a pump assembly, and a tool holder. The container has a first opening and a second opening, with the first cover disposed at the first opening and the second cover at the second opening. The pump assembly is disposed at the first opening, with the first cover preventing it from detaching from the container. The pump assembly includes a guide end located inside the container and a liquid outlet extending outwards from the container. The tool holder is connected to the second cover and extends outwards from the second cover for clamping by the machine tool. Under automated machine tool conditions, the pump assembly, with its pressure-based liquid dispensing mechanism, improves the oiling process on the workpiece.

1. A liquid injection device for assembly into a machine tool; the liquid injection device (10) comprises: A container (11) having a first opening (12) and a second opening (13); a first cover (15) disposed at the first opening (12); a second cover (17) disposed at the second opening (13); a pump assembly (20) disposed at the first opening (12), with the first cover (15) restricting the pump assembly (20) from detaching from the container (11); the pump assembly (20) includes: a flow guide end (21) located inside the container (11); a liquid outlet (22) extending toward the outside of the container (11); and a cutter bar (30) connected to the second cover (17), and the cutter bar (30) extending from the second cover (17) toward the outside of the container (11) for clamping by the machine tool.

2. The liquid injection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The pump assembly (20) also includes a fitting (23) that is connected to the flow guide (21) and extends toward the interior of the container (11).
