Abstract

An ultrasonic-assisted extraction device includes a vortex unit, a support member, and an ultrasonic unit. The vortex unit includes a container and a stirring member rotatably disposed within the container. The container defines an extraction space for holding liquid, and the stirring member is adapted to generate vortices. The support member includes a stage portion for placing the extractable and allowing liquid to pass through, the stage portion being spaced above the stirring member. The ultrasonic unit is detachably disposed within the container and includes a probe for extending into the extraction space and emitting ultrasonic waves toward the extractable. The ultrasonic unit rapidly extracts the internal substances of the extractable, and the vortex unit quickly removes air bubbles around the probe and the internal substances of the extractable, achieving the effect of increasing extraction speed and extraction rate even at low temperatures.

Claims

1. An ultrasonic-assisted extraction device suitable for an extractant and a liquid, the ultrasonic-assisted extraction device comprising: a vortex unit including a container and a stirring member rotatably disposed within the container, the container defining an extraction space suitable for holding the liquid, the stirring member being adapted to guide the liquid to generate a vortex within the extraction space; a carrier disposed within the extraction space, including a stage portion suitable for placing the extractant and allowing the liquid to pass through, the stage portion being spaced above the stirring member in a vertical direction; and an ultrasonic unit detachably disposed within the container, including a probe for extending into the extraction space and emitting ultrasonic waves toward the extractant.

2. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein, The support also includes a plurality of support portions connected to the bottom side of the platform portion and used to support the bottom of the container, and a wall portion extending upward from the periphery of the platform portion in the vertical direction.

3. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction apparatus as described in claim 2, wherein, The support also includes an extension extending upward from the top of the enclosure portion, and a handle portion connected to the extension.

4. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction apparatus as claimed in claim 1 further includes a temperature control unit and a control unit signal-connected to the temperature control unit, the temperature control unit being disposed in the container and used to adjust the temperature within the extraction space, and the control unit being used to control the temperature of the temperature control unit.

5. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction apparatus as described in claim 1 further includes a sterilization unit and a control unit signal-connected to the sterilization unit. The sterilization unit is disposed in the container and used to sterilize the extraction space. The control unit is used to control the opening and closing of the sterilization unit. The sterilization unit includes a sterilization element disposed on one side of the container adjacent to the extraction space. The sterilization element is disposed above the stage portion along the vertical direction.

6. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein, The ultrasound unit also includes a cover disposed on the probe, and the container further defines an opening located above and communicating with the extraction space, the cover being used to cover the opening.

7. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction apparatus as claimed in claim 1 further includes a gas-filling unit that is detachably and selectively disposed in the container along with the ultrasonic unit. The gas-filling unit includes a detachable and airtight cover that seals the container to close the extraction space, an air inlet disposed on the airtight cover for introducing high-pressure gas, a pressure relief valve disposed on the airtight cover, and a gas guide tube connected to the air inlet and for extending into the liquid. When the pressure in the extraction space is higher than a safe value, the pressure relief valve allows gas to flow out of the extraction space to the outside.
