Abstract

A movable counterweight base structure for resistance training equipment includes a main training box whose bottom end is connected to the top surface of a counterweight support module via a rotating disk. The counterweight support module has several layers of horizontally opening side-mounted receiving slots for multiple counterweight blocks (standard-sized bars) to be pushed in and stacked from the sides. A vertical column tube passes through the center of each bar for positioning. A movable base is integrated into the bottom surface of the counterweight support module, and its bottom surface is equipped with multiple caster sets and adjustable positioning feet for flexible switching between mobile and stationary states. This novel design allows for adjustment of the counterweight weight as needed, combining high load-bearing capacity with flexible displacement.

Claims

1. A movable counterweight base structure for resistance training equipment, comprising: a movable chassis, on which several sets of casters are evenly distributed on the bottom surface, and several positioning feet that can be finely adjusted in height; a counterweight bearing module, the bottom of which is fixed to the top surface of the movable chassis; the counterweight bearing module has at least one layer of receiving space with side openings inside; a counterweight block is pushed into or pulled out of the receiving space through the side openings; a module through-hole is vertically provided through the center of the counterweight bearing module, and the counterweight block has a central circular hole; A column tube passes vertically from top to bottom through the perforation of the module and through the central circular hole of the counterweight. The end of the column tube extends and is positioned on the movable chassis. A main training box is a hollow box with a pulley and resistance rope mechanism inside, and a bottom perforation is provided at its bottom. A rotating disk is mounted around the bottom perforation of the main training box. The main training box is fitted onto the column tube through the bottom perforation and is connected to the top of the counterweight bearing module by the rotating disk.

2. The movable counterweight base structure of the resistance training equipment as described in claim 1, wherein, The counterweight load-bearing module has three layers of accommodating space inside.

3. The movable counterweight base structure of the resistance training equipment as described in claim 1, wherein, The counterweight is a standard-sized lever plate.

4. The movable counterweight base structure of the resistance training equipment as described in claim 1, wherein, The end of the column tube extends and is positioned in a pivot tube of the mobile chassis.

5. The movable counterweight base structure of the resistance training equipment as described in claim 4, wherein, The top of the column tube extends into a perforation in the top of the main training box.

6. The movable counterweight base structure of the resistance training equipment as described in claim 1, wherein, On the outer back wall of the main training box, there are two fixing buckles, one at the top and one at the bottom, arranged vertically.

7. The movable counterweight base structure of the resistance training equipment as described in claim 1, wherein, At least one fixed pull ring is provided on each of the left and right edges of the front of the top of the mobile chassis.
