Abstract
Claims
1. An electronic device for managing traffic at a golf course, comprising: transceiver; and a processor coupled to the transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to perform: receiving first positioning information of a first car and second positioning information of a second car via the transceiver; determining, based on the first positioning information and the second positioning information, that a first obstruction event has occurred in which the first car is blocked by the second car; and outputting an alarm message associated with the first obstruction event via the transceiver.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is configured to further perform: in response to determining that the first obstruction event exists, determining whether a second obstruction event has occurred in which the second cart is obstructed by a third cart; and in response to not having the second obstruction event, incrementing a count value corresponding to the second cart, wherein the alarm message is associated with the count value.
3. The electronic device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the processor is configured to further perform: determining whether the count value is greater than or equal to a threshold; and in response to the count value being greater than or equal to the threshold, outputting the alarm message via the transceiver.
4. The electronic device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the processor is configured to further perform: in response to the occurrence of the second blocking event, not incrementing the count value.
5. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is configured to further perform: determining, based on the first positioning information and the second positioning information, that the first golf cart and the second golf cart are located in a first area between a first tee box and a first green corresponding to the first tee box on the golf course; in response to determining that the first golf cart and the second golf cart are located in the first area, determining whether the distance between the second golf cart and the first golf cart is less than a threshold, wherein a first distance between the first golf cart and the first green is greater than a second distance between the second golf cart and the first green; and in response to the distance being less than the threshold, determining that the first obstruction event has occurred.

The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is configured to further perform: determining, based on the first positioning information, that the first golf cart is located in a first region between the first tee box and the first green of the preceding hole on the golf course; determining, based on the second positioning information, that the second golf cart is located in a second region between the first green and the second tee box of the next hole on the golf course; determining, in response to the first golf cart being located in the first region and the second golf cart being located in the second region, whether the distance between the second golf cart and the first golf cart is less than a threshold; and determining, in response to the distance being less than the threshold, that the first obstruction event has occurred.
7. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the processor is configured to further perform: calculating the distance between the first cart position and the green corresponding to the previous hole of the golf course based on the first positioning information, and determining whether the distance is less than a threshold; determining that the second cart position is in the tee box corresponding to the next hole of the golf course based on the second positioning information; and determining that the first obstruction event has occurred in response to determining that the second cart position is in the tee box and the distance is less than the threshold.
8. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processor is configured to further perform: communicate with the output device of the second ball car via the transceiver, and output the alarm message via the output device.
9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the output device includes a display, and wherein the processor is configured to further perform: outputting the alarm message through the display in the manner of a full-screen alarm, flashing a screen border, or displaying a countdown.
10. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the processor is configured to further perform: in response to outputting the alarm message, starting a timer; and in response to the timer expiring, communicating with an electronic controller of the second car via the transceiver, and driving the second car via the electronic controller.
