Abstract

An inflatable connector includes a housing, a connector body, a locking member, a limiting member, an elastic structure, and a lever. The connector body is housed in the housing and has a channel and a guide portion communicating with the channel. The locking member is disposed in the guide portion. The limiting member is fitted onto the connector body and abuts against the locking member. The elastic structure is fitted onto the connector body and elastically abuts against the limiting member. The lever is assembled to the housing and abuts against the connector body. The lever is pivotable relative to the housing, allowing the connector body to slide against the housing under the push of the lever. The elastic structure is compressed and deformed by the push of the limiting member to accumulate elastic potential energy. The limiting member pushes against the locking member, causing it to move back along the guide portion and release or lock onto the air nozzle, allowing the air nozzle to be quickly inserted into or removed from the channel, improving the ease of installation and removal of the inflatable connector.

Claims

1. An inflatable connector, comprising: a housing; a connector body displaceably housed within the housing, the connector body having an internal channel, and a guide portion communicating with the channel on the outer periphery of the connector body; a locking member displaceably disposed on the guide portion of the connector body; a limiting member disposed between the housing and the connector body and abutting against the locking member; an elastic structure disposed between the connector body and the limiting member; and a lever member pivotally disposed on the housing and abutting against the connector body; wherein, When the lever is held in an initial position by the elastic force of the elastic structure, the locking member protrudes from the channel via the guide portion. When the lever pivots from the initial position to an operating position, the lever pushes against the connector body, causing the connector body to move the locking member relative to the outer shell and the limiting member and compress the elastic structure. When the lever is in the operating position, the locking member is pushed away from the channel by the limiting member.

2. The inflatable connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking member includes a locking block and two abutting ends protruding from opposite ends of the locking block, the locking block being received within the guide portion, and when the lever is in the operating position, a portion of the locking block extends into the channel, and the abutting ends protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the connector body and abut against the limiting member.

The inflation connector as claimed in claim 2, wherein the guide portion has an end face, a guide surface connected to the end face, and a through hole located at the junction of the end face and the guide surface and communicating with the channel, wherein a portion of the locking block extends into the channel through the through hole.

The inflatable connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner circumferential surface of the housing has a radially protruding stop flange, the limiting member includes a first limiting ring and a second limiting ring, the first limiting ring and the second limiting ring respectively abutting against opposite sides of the locking member, and the first limiting ring abutting against the stop flange.

5. The inflatable connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two opposite ends of the lever are a contact end and an operating end, the contact end being pivotally mounted on the housing and contacting the connector body, and the operating end being exposed outside the housing.

6. The inflatable connector as claimed in claim 5, wherein the contact end has a mounting hole, the housing has a pivot hole, and the mounting hole and the pivot hole are provided with a pivot shaft.

7. The inflatable connector as claimed in claim 5, wherein the surface of the operating end has a non-slip portion.

8. The inflatable connector as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outer casing has a groove and the operating end corresponds to the groove.

9. The inflatable connector as claimed in claim 8, wherein the inflatable connector further comprises an assembly rod fixed to the connector body and extending through the groove, the operating end having a clearance groove corresponding to the assembly rod.

The inflatable connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connector body comprises a tube head and a tube body, the tube body having a body portion and a connecting portion and an end portion connected to two opposite ends of the body portion, the outer diameter of the body portion being larger than the outer diameter of the tube head, the connecting portion being connected to the tube head, the channel penetrating the tube head and the tube body, and the end portion closing one end of the channel; wherein, The elastic structure is sleeved on the tube head, and the opposite ends of the elastic structure abut against the limiting member and the body, respectively.
