Abstract
Claims
1. An improved structure for an environmentally friendly sealing adhesive tape, comprising: a plastic-free fiber paper, which is an environmentally friendly material with a transparent layer; a release layer, which is an environmentally friendly material, disposed on the back side of the plastic-free fiber paper, the release layer being pseudo- or lightly adhered to the plastic-free fiber paper, and release gaps being present between the release layers; a gold varnish layer, formed of a transparent or semi-transparent solvent-based resin, the gold varnish layer being coated on the back side of the release layer and filling the release gaps, such that the gold varnish layer partially contacts the plastic-free fiber paper, and the adhesion between the gold varnish layer and the plastic-free fiber paper is greater than the adhesion between the release layer and the plastic-free fiber paper; a color ink layer, printed on the back side of the gold varnish layer; and a water-based acrylic adhesive layer, adhered to the back side of the color ink layer, the water-based acrylic adhesive layer being composed of an adhesive film; A release liner is attached to the back of the water-based acrylic adhesive layer.
2. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly sealing tape as described in claim 1, wherein after the release liner is torn off, it is adhered and sealed to an object by the water-based acrylic adhesive layer.
3. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly sealing tape as described in claim 1, wherein the plastic-free fiber paper is glassine paper or supercalendered paper (SC paper).
4. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly sealing tape as described in claim 3, wherein the glassine paper is an ultra-thin, semi-transparent paper material.
5. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly sealing tape as described in claim 3, wherein the calendered paper is formed into a transparent layer through processes such as pulp preparation, paper forming, pressing and drying, and ultracalendering.
6. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 2, wherein the gold oil layer covers the release gap on the back and side gaps of the portion below the release layer.
7. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 6, wherein the color of the gold paint layer is different from that of the plastic-free fiber paper, the release layer and the color ink layer.
8. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 6, wherein when the plastic-free fiber paper is torn off, the release layer separates from the plastic-free fiber paper, while the gold oil layer remains adhered to the plastic-free fiber paper, and a longitudinal shear force is generated between the release layer and the release gap.
9. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly sealing tape as described in claim 8, wherein the longitudinal shear force causes the gold oil layer, the color ink layer and the water-based acrylic adhesive layer to be longitudinally cut and separated.
10. The improved structure of the environmentally friendly sealing adhesive tape as described in claim 8, wherein the back of the plastic-free fiber paper is sequentially connected to the portion of the gold paint layer, the color ink layer and the water-based acrylic adhesive layer that are cut by the longitudinal shear force, and the portion of the water-based acrylic adhesive layer, the color ink layer, the gold paint layer and the release layer that are cut by the longitudinal shear force are sequentially connected to the substrate.
