Abstract

A heat therapy device structure includes a container, a lid, and a resilient holder. The container has an internal space and a plurality of heat therapy holes at the bottom, and a plurality of ventilation holes around its side walls. The resilient holder is detachably installed in the internal space of the container, providing a space for inserting a herbal stick. The lid has a plurality of smoke vents communicating with the internal space, and a pushing member protruding axially from the lid to the outside of the lid is provided inside the lid. When the lid is assembled with the container, the pushing member pushes the herbal stick, causing the resilient holder to extend axially, thereby positioning the burning end of the herbal stick above the heat therapy holes and maintaining it within a predetermined distance. This eliminates the need for the user to repeatedly check the position and length of the burning end of the herbal stick during the heat therapy, ensuring the continuity of the heat therapy treatment and quantifying the treatment dosage.

Claims

1. A structure for a heat therapy device, comprising: A canister has a bottom and a sidewall extending upward from the bottom, the bottom and the sidewall defining an internal space for burning herbal sticks. The bottom has a plurality of moxibustion holes, and the sidewall has a plurality of ventilation holes, the moxibustion holes and the ventilation holes respectively communicating with the internal space; a lid is detachably assembled to the canister, the lid has a plurality of smoke vents communicating with the internal space, and a pushing member is axially disposed inside the lid and protrudes to the outside of the lid; and... A flexible insert is detachably installed inside the canister to form a receiving space for inserting the herbal stick. The flexible insert can be elastically deformed along the axial direction so that the axial length of the receiving space is variable. When the cover is assembled with the canister, the pusher presses against the herbal stick in the receiving space, causing the flexible insert to elastically deform along the axial direction and elongate axially, so that the burning end of the herbal stick is positioned above the moxibustion holes and maintained within a predetermined distance.

2. The structure of the moxibustion device as described in claim 1, wherein, The elastic container is made of a metal wire spirally wound and extends in an axial direction. It has an intermediate spiral section and a bottom spiral section. The outer diameter of the bottom spiral section is smaller than that of the intermediate spiral section, and the bottom spiral section can abut against the inner bottom surface of the can.

3. The structure of the moxibustion device as described in claim 2, wherein, The resilient holder further includes an upper spiral section with an outer diameter larger than that of the middle spiral section; the inner side of the side wall near the top is provided with a radially protruding step for the upper spiral section to contact and position the resilient holder in the internal space.

4. The structure of the moxibustion device as described in claim 2, wherein, The middle spiral section has multiple spiral coils of equal diameter to form a space for holding the herb sticks.

5. The structure of the moxibustion device as described in claim 1, wherein, The predetermined distance is defined as the minimum axial distance between the burning end of the herb stick and the inner bottom surface of the can, and the predetermined distance ranges from 2mm to 30mm.

6. The structure of the moxibustion device as described in claim 1, wherein, These ventilation holes are provided by extending obliquely downward from the outer side of the sidewall to its inner side, thus penetrating the sidewall.

7. The structure of the moxibustion device as described in claim 1, wherein, The sidewall and the bottom are smoothly connected by a convex arc surface.

8. The structure of the moxibustion device as described in claim 1, wherein, The bottom of the tank is concave.

9. The structure of the moxibustion device as described in claim 1, wherein, The pusher is threaded into the cover body. By adjusting the relative position of the pusher screwed into the cover body, the length of the pusher protruding outside the cover body can be changed.

10. The structure of the moxibustion device as described in claim 1, wherein, The top of the cover is flat, and the smoke vents are located at the top of the cover.
