Abstract

A cycling pant with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern is disclosed. The pant is based on a rider's personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern. This personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern includes multiple pressure signals generated by multiple pressure sensing units distributed on the saddle when the rider is pedaling while seated on it. The personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern is obtained based on these multiple pressure signals and their distribution. The left ischial support includes a left support area corresponding to the position of the rider's left ischial bone, and the area and outline of the left support area are determined based on the position of the left ischial bone. The right ischial support includes a right support area corresponding to the position of the rider's right ischial bone, and the area and outline of the right support area are determined based on the position of the right ischial bone.

Claims

1. A cycling pant with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern, comprising a pant pad attached to the crotch area of the cycling pant, the pant pad being divided by a central axis into a left ischial support portion and a right ischial support portion, characterized in that: the pant pad is made based on a rider's personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern, the personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern including multiple pressure signals generated by multiple pressure sensing units distributed on the saddle when the rider is pedaling on a saddle, the left and right ischial bones of the rider applying pressure to the saddle, and the personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern is obtained based on the multiple pressure signals and their distribution; the left ischial support portion includes a left support area corresponding to the position of the rider's left ischial bone, and the area and outline of the left support area are determined according to the position of the left ischial bone; the right ischial support portion includes a right support area corresponding to the position of the rider's right ischial bone, and the area and outline of the right support area are determined according to the position of the right ischial bone.

2. Cycling pants with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern as described in claim 1, wherein the padding further comprises: A left pressure zone corresponds to the position of the left ischial tuberosity of the rider's left ischium, and the area and outline of the left pressure zone are determined based on the position of the left ischial tuberosity. The surrounding area of the left pressure zone forms the left support zone. A right pressure zone corresponds to the position of the right ischial tuberosity of the rider's right ischium, and the area and outline of the right pressure zone are determined based on the position of the right ischial tuberosity. The surrounding area of the right pressure zone forms the right support zone.

3. The bicycle pants with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern as described in claim 2, wherein the left support area, the left pressure bearing area, the right support area, and the right pressure bearing area have a grid structure, and the shock absorption capacity of the left support area, the left pressure bearing area, the right support area, and the right pressure bearing area is determined by the density of the grid.

4. The cycling pants with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern as described in claim 2, wherein the left support area, the left pressure area, the right support area, and the right pressure area are ribs spaced apart from each other, and the shock absorption capacity of the left support area, the left pressure area, the right support area, and the right pressure area is determined by the width of the ribs and / or the size of the spacing between the ribs.

5. Cycling pants with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern as described in claim 2, wherein the height of the left pressure zone is higher than the height of the left support zone, and the height of the right pressure zone is higher than the height of the right support zone.

6. The cycling pants with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern as described in claim 2, wherein the left support area has a stepped lower height compared to the left pressure area; and the right support area has a stepped lower height compared to the right pressure area.

7. Cycling pants with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern as described in claim 2, wherein the left support area has a continuously decreasing height relative to the left pressure area; and the right support area has a continuously decreasing height relative to the right pressure area.

8. Cycling pants with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern as described in claim 1, wherein the left ischial support and the right ischial support are manufactured by three-dimensional printing.

9. The cycling pants with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern as described in claim 1, wherein the pad further includes a transition area located in the region covering the left support area and the right support area, and the transition area is formed by extending outward from the left support area and the right support area by a width.

10. Cycling pants with a personalized ischial pressure mapping pattern as described in claim 9, wherein the pad further includes a pressure-relief zone extending outward from the transition zone by a width.
