Abstract

A card rotating device includes: a tabletop turntable, which is cylindrical in shape and has a flat top and bottom surface. The top and bottom sections of the tabletop turntable are respectively provided with an upper half and a lower half that have a certain attribute; a fixed turntable, which is cylindrical in shape and located at the bottom of the tabletop turntable.
