Abstract

This invention relates to a precisely aligned solenoid valve, comprising a valve body having at least one valve port and an electromagnet, a fixed plate, and an actuating plate movably disposed between the valve body and the fixed plate. The actuating plate has at least one valve plug and a magnetic conductor. The bottom corner of the magnetic conductor is inclined and abuts against the corresponding corner of the electromagnet. When the electromagnet generates a magnetic attraction force, it can attract the magnetic conductor and drive the actuating plate to swing, causing the valve plug to close or open the valve port. The invention is characterized in that: the magnetic conductor is fixed to the bottom of the actuating plate by a positioning frame with a rotating shaft at the bottom. The central axis of the rotating shaft is located at the corner where the magnetic conductor and the electromagnet abut against each other. Through the precise positioning of the rotating shaft, when the actuating plate and the magnetic conductor swing around the rotating shaft as a fulcrum, the valve plug can be precisely aligned with the valve port.

Claims

1. A precisely aligned solenoid valve, comprising a valve body having at least one valve port, a fixed plate fixed above the valve body, and an actuating plate movably disposed between the valve body and the fixed plate, wherein an electromagnet is disposed at the center of the valve body, the actuating plate has at least one valve plug disposed relative to the valve port, a magnetic conductor is disposed above the electromagnet at its bottom, and a spring is disposed at the bottom of the fixed plate to elastically press against the left or right side of the top surface of the actuating plate, causing the bottom corner of the magnetic conductor to tilt downwards and contact the corresponding corner of the top surface of the electromagnet, thereby keeping the valve plug of the actuating plate open or closed with the valve port; when the electromagnetic coil of the valve body is energized to generate magnetic attraction force on the electromagnet, the magnetic conductor can swing around the corner as a fulcrum and be attracted to the top surface of the electromagnet, and synchronously drive the actuating plate to swing left or right, causing the valve plug on the actuating plate to close or open the valve port; characterized in that: The magnetic conductor is fixed to the bottom of the actuating plate by a positioning frame. The bottom of the positioning frame has a rotating shaft in the front and rear directions, and the central axis of the rotating shaft is located at the contact point between the bottom corner of the magnetic conductor and the corresponding corner of the top surface of the electromagnet. The fixed plate has a pivot plate extending downward in the front and rear directions relative to the two rotating shafts. The two rotating shafts of the positioning frame are precisely pivoted on the corresponding pivot plates, so that the actuating plate and the magnetic conductor can swing with the precisely positioned rotating shaft as the fulcrum, thereby enabling the valve plug of the actuating plate to be accurately aligned with the corresponding valve port.

2. A solenoid valve capable of precise positioning as described in claim 1, wherein, The positioning frame has a plurality of protruding posts extending upward from its top. The actuator has a plurality of positioning holes at corresponding positions. The plurality of protruding posts are respectively inserted into the corresponding positioning holes and then joined to the actuator by heat fusion, riveting or gluing, so that the positioning frame and the magnetic conductor are firmly joined and fixed to the bottom of the actuator.

3. A solenoid valve capable of precise positioning as described in claim 1, wherein, The bottom of the two pivot plates located in the front and rear directions of the fixing plate and extending downward are respectively provided with a longitudinal notch. The two rotating shafts at the corresponding positions at the bottom of the positioning frame are respectively embedded in the longitudinal notch, so that the two rotating shafts can be freely positioned in the longitudinal notch according to the height of the swing fulcrum.

4. A solenoid valve capable of precise positioning as described in claim 1, wherein, The positioning frame extends upward in the front and rear directions respectively, with a stop plate located at the front and rear ends of the magnetic conductor. The two pivot plates extending downward from the fixing plate are located on the outside of the two stop plates respectively. The two stop plates of the positioning frame are respectively provided with a protrusion on the outside of the two rotating shafts. The protrusion is located between the stop plate and the pivot plate to isolate the two and avoid large-area contact and friction between the stop plate and the pivot plate when the actuating plate swings.

5. A solenoid valve capable of precise positioning as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, The at least one valve port and valve plug are disposed on the left or right side relative to the valve body. The spring elastically presses against the same side of the actuating plate where the valve plug is disposed, so that the valve plug keeps the valve port closed to form a normally closed valve; or, the spring elastically presses against the opposite side of the actuating plate where the valve plug is disposed, so that the valve plug keeps away from the valve port to form a normally open valve.

6. A solenoid valve capable of precise positioning as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, The valve body has a valve port on each side to form a left valve port and a right valve port. The actuating plate is provided with a left valve plug and a right valve plug respectively relative to the left and right valve ports. The spring elastically presses against the left or right side of the actuating plate, so that the left valve plug or the right valve plug of the actuating plate keeps the left valve port or the right valve port closed to form a normally closed valve, and the other right valve plug or the left valve plug keeps the right valve port or the left valve port open to form a normally open valve.

7. A solenoid valve capable of precise alignment as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, The valve body has a terminal base, a terminal cover, and a plate-shaped terminal at its bottom. The terminal is clamped and fixed between the terminal base and the terminal cover, allowing the terminal to be externally connected to a power source with adjustable orientation, which facilitates the installation of the valve body.

8. A solenoid valve capable of precise positioning as described in claim 7, wherein, The valve body and terminal block are provided with a through hole for a probe-shaped conductive element to pass through. The conductive element has a loop-shaped power input terminal and a needle-shaped power output terminal. The loop-shaped power input terminal is located on the terminal block and contacts the terminal. The needle-shaped power output terminal passes through the through hole and is electrically connected to the electromagnetic coil of the valve body.

9. A solenoid valve capable of precise positioning as described in claim 8, wherein, The outer edge of the needle-shaped power output terminal of the conductive element is covered with a leak-proof insulating tube, which keeps the needle-shaped power output terminal isolated and leak-proof when it passes through the perforation of the valve body.
