Abstract
Claims
1. A wireless monitoring device for an electroplated SCR rectifier, comprising: The system includes at least one monitoring module, at least one operation module, a wireless repeater module that connects the monitoring module and the operation module wirelessly, and a backend server data platform. The monitoring module is electrically connected to an SCR rectifier to capture the current and voltage status of the SCR rectifier during operation. After encoding and packetization, a data signal is generated and transmitted to the wireless repeater module. The operation module is used for remote operation of the SCR rectifier's operating mode and parameter settings. It has a switch for switching between constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) operating modes, and a knob for setting target parameter values for the operating mode. The signals generated by the operation module during switching and parameter setting are packetized to generate a setting command and transmitted to the wireless repeater module. The wireless repeater module serves as a data transmission platform. The wireless relay module and protocol bridging node are used to receive and transmit data signals from the monitoring module and setting commands from the operation module, and simultaneously publish them to the back-end server data platform. The wireless relay module also transmits the data signals to the operation module, so that the operation module can receive the real-time current and voltage status captured by the monitoring module. The wireless relay module also transmits the setting commands to the monitoring module, so that the monitoring module can receive the operation mode and target parameter values of the operation module as input references for the operation of the SCR rectifier, so as to complete the purpose of setting remote operation parameters. The back-end server data platform is used to receive and store the data published and uploaded by the wireless relay module, and to perform data integration and history storage, supporting energy consumption behavior marking, anomaly analysis and query interface display.
2. The wireless monitoring device for the electroplated SCR rectifier as described in claim 1, wherein, The monitoring module internally includes a first AC / DC converter, a voltage and current signal interface, a first microcontroller unit, a first bidirectional wireless communication interface, and a digital-to-analog converter. The first AC / DC converter connects to the AC power supply of the SCR rectifier and converts it into a stable isolated DC power supply for the various functional circuits in the monitoring module. The voltage and current signal interfaces are processed through dedicated signal interfaces. The voltage portion is isolated by a voltage isolation amplifier and then amplified and adjusted by an operational amplifier to a signal range suitable for the first microcontroller unit to resolve. The current portion is obtained by capturing the signal through a shunt resistor and then is isolated by a current isolation amplifier. The signal is then amplified and adjusted by the operational amplifier before being sampled by the first microcontroller unit. The microcontroller unit includes a first analog-to-digital converter and a first SPI communication interface. Finally, the microcontroller unit captures the data as digital data and encapsulates it into a data signal. The data signal is then transmitted to the wireless relay module via the first bidirectional wireless communication interface through the first SPI communication interface. The monitoring module simultaneously receives setting commands from the operation module via the first bidirectional wireless communication interface, and then converts the digital setting commands into analog signals through the digital-to-analog converter, providing them to the SCR rectifier as a reference input to complete the remote operation parameter setting function.
3. The wireless monitoring device for the electroplated SCR rectifier as described in claim 1, wherein, The operating module contains a second AC / DC converter, a CC / CV interface circuit, a second microcontroller unit, a second bidirectional wireless communication interface, and a display. The second AC / DC converter is used to connect to an AC power supply and convert it into a stable DC voltage to power all circuits within the operating module. The CC / CV interface circuit is equipped with a switch and a parameter setting unit. Users can select constant current (CC) or constant voltage (CV) operating modes through the switch and set target parameter values through the parameter setting unit. The second microcontroller unit includes a second analog-to-digital converter and a second SPI communication interface. Finally, the second microcontroller unit captures the data into digital data, encapsulates it into the setting command, and then transmits the setting command to the wireless relay module via the second bidirectional wireless communication interface through the second SPI communication interface. The operating module also receives real-time voltage and current data from the monitoring module and displays it on the display to allow on-site personnel to monitor the operating status of the SCR rectifier.
4. The wireless monitoring device for the electroplated SCR rectifier as described in claim 1, wherein, The wireless repeater module contains a third AC / DC converter, a third bidirectional wireless communication interface, and a microcontroller core. The third AC / DC converter is used to connect to AC power and convert it into a stable DC voltage to power all the circuits in the wireless repeater module. The third bidirectional wireless communication interface is used to receive wireless packets from the monitoring module and the operation module. The microcontroller core is responsible for data parsing and format conversion, and publishes the data to the back-end server data platform via built-in Wi-Fi using the MQTT protocol.
