Abstract

This invention is a secondary paint coating identification system. A selection module chooses the film thickness information of the vehicle model whose film thickness is to be measured from a database and provides this information to a judgment module. A film thickness measuring instrument then provides the measured film thickness to the judgment module. The judgment module uses the measured film thickness and the film thickness information to make a judgment and generate a result. This invention uses film thickness information and artificial intelligence to determine whether a vehicle has undergone secondary paint coating, thereby allowing car dealers or buyers to avoid purchasing accident-damaged vehicles and eliminating the possibility of misjudgment.

Claims

1. A secondary paint coating identification system, comprising: a database storing film thickness information for multiple vehicle models; a selection module connected to the database; a judgment module connected to the selection module; and a film thickness measuring instrument connected to the judgment module; wherein, The selection module selects the film thickness information of the vehicle model for which the film thickness is to be measured from the database and provides the film thickness information to the judgment module. The film measuring instrument provides the measured film thickness data to the judgment module. The judgment module makes a judgment based on the film thickness data and the film thickness information to generate a judgment result.

2. The secondary paint identification system as described in claim 1 further includes an output module, which is signal-connected to the judgment module, the judgment module provides the judgment result to the output module, and the output module outputs the judgment result.

3. The secondary paint baking identification system as described in claim 1, wherein, The database is hosted on a cloud server.

4. The secondary paint baking identification system as described in claim 2, wherein, The selection module, the judgment module, and the output module are located in a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a tablet computer, or a handheld communication device.

5. The secondary paint baking identification system as described in claim 2, wherein, The database, the selection module, the judgment module, and the output module are located in a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a tablet computer, or a handheld communication device.

6. The secondary paint baking identification system as described in claim 2, wherein, The database, the selection module, the judgment module, the output module, and the film measuring instrument are located on a laptop, a tablet computer, or a handheld communication device.
