Abstract
Claims
1. An optical fiber bucket, comprising: A main body includes a housing and a base, the housing covering the base to form an internal space, the housing having an outlet communicating with the internal space, the base including a placement part and a shaft part, the placement part for housing an optical fiber spool, the shaft part protruding from the placement part; and a rotating assembly including a one-way bearing and a rotating body, the one-way bearing being fitted onto the shaft part, the rotating body being fitted onto the one-way bearing, thus the rotating body can only rotate relative to the shaft part in a single direction, the rotating body having a through hole; wherein, one optical fiber of the optical fiber spool can pass through the through hole and through the outlet to the outside.
2. The fiber optic bucket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the axial portion and the placement portion are coaxially configured.
3. The fiber optic tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing further includes a set of interfaces, the set of interfaces and the outlet are respectively located at opposite ends of the housing, the diameter of the set of interfaces is larger than the diameter of the outlet, and the base extends into the internal space through the set of interfaces.
4. The fiber optic tube as claimed in claim 3, wherein the housing further includes a first portion and a second portion connected to each other, the first portion having the outlet, the second portion having the set of interfaces, the outer diameter of the first portion tapering away from the set of interfaces, the second portion being cylindrical, and the second portion being located radially opposite the base body to the outlet.
5. The fiber optic tube as claimed in claim 4, wherein, in the axial direction of the outlet, the rotating body is closer to the outlet than the placement portion, and the rotating body does not extend beyond the second portion.
6. The fiber optic barrel as claimed in claim 4, wherein the inner wall of the first portion is arc-shaped.
7. The fiber optic barrel as claimed in claim 4, wherein the average wall thickness of the first portion is greater than the average wall thickness of the second portion.
8. The fiber optic tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the rotating body is larger than the outer diameter of the placement portion, and a portion of the rotating body protruding from the outer periphery of the placement portion is defined as a threading area in the radial direction of the outlet, and the threading hole is disposed in the threading area.
9. The fiber optic tube as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the one-way bearing is a one-way needle roller bearing.
10. The fiber optic tube as claimed in claim 5, wherein the shaft portion and the placement portion are coaxially configured; the inner wall of the first portion is arc-shaped; the outer diameter of the rotating body is larger than the outer diameter of the placement portion; in the radial direction of the outlet, a portion of the rotating body protruding beyond the periphery of the placement portion is defined as a threading area, and the threading hole is disposed in the threading area; the average wall thickness of the first portion is larger than the average wall thickness of the second portion; the one-way bearing is a one-way needle roller bearing; the rotating body is disc-shaped; the placement portion includes an annular sidewall and an end wall, the annular sidewall being laterally connected to the end wall, the shaft portion protruding from the end wall, the annular sidewall including a bearing section and a gradually expanding section connected to each other, the radial dimensions of the bearing section being the same, the gradually expanding section gradually expanding away from the bearing section, and the outer diameter of the end wall being larger than the outer diameter of the bearing section.
