Abstract
Claims
1. A casting ladle with a flow guiding structure, comprising at least: a ladle body having a ladle body side; a pouring gate located on the ladle body side; and a flow guiding structure comprising at least: a flow guiding shroud disposed at the pouring gate; and at least one flow guiding rib disposed inside the ladle body and adjacent to the pouring gate; wherein, At least one guide rib extends from the inside of the ladle towards the pouring port and forms a directional channel with the guide shroud.
2. The casting ladle with a flow guiding structure as described in claim 1, wherein an operating handle is provided on the side of the ladle body, the operating handle being assembled or detached from the ladle body.
3. The casting ladle with a flow guiding structure as described in claim 1, wherein the flow guiding structure is integrally formed with the ladle body, or a portion of the flow guiding structure is integrally formed with the ladle body.
4. The casting ladle with a flow guiding structure as described in claim 1, wherein the flow guiding structure is assembled or detached from the ladle body, or a portion of the flow guiding structure is assembled or detached from the ladle body.
5. The casting ladle with a flow-guiding structure as described in claim 1, wherein the flow-guiding cover is a top-shielding structure that forms a semi-enclosed channel.
6. The casting ladle with a flow guiding structure as described in claim 1, wherein the flow guiding cover is a hollow annular structure forming a closed channel.
7. The casting ladle with a flow-guiding structure as described in claim 1, wherein the flow-guiding shroud forms a plurality of directional channels, and the channels are directional in the same way, or some of the channels are directional in different ways.
8. The casting ladle with a flow guiding structure as described in claim 1, the flow guiding structure including a first flow guiding rib and a second flow guiding rib, the angle between the first flow guiding rib and the second flow guiding rib gradually narrowing from the inside of the ladle body towards the pouring gate, for guiding a casting liquid to flow from the inside of the ladle body to the pouring gate.
9. The casting ladle with a flow guiding structure as described in claim 1, the flow guiding structure comprising a first flow guiding rib and a second flow guiding rib, the first flow guiding rib and the second flow guiding rib being parallel to each other and extending from the interior of the ladle body toward the pouring gate.
10. A casting ladle with a flow guiding structure as described in claim 1, wherein the directional channel is straight and gradually narrows outward from the pouring gate.
11. A casting ladle with a flow guiding structure as described in claim 1, wherein the directional channel is bent and tapers outward from the pouring gate.
