Abstract

A policy management system includes a processing unit, a communication unit, and a storage unit electrically connected to the processing unit. When the processing unit receives a login instruction containing login information, after determining that the login information matches one of multiple user identification records, the processing unit retrieves N policy records from the policy information, where each of the multiple insured persons matches the same user and each of the multiple insured persons does not match the same user, and displays the N policy records on the application interface.

Claims

1. A policy management system, applicable to a user terminal device, comprising: a communication unit capable of communicatively connecting to the user terminal device; a storage unit storing multiple user identification data corresponding to multiple users and multiple policy data, each policy data including a policyholder and an insured; and a processing unit electrically connected to the communication unit and the storage unit, and providing an application interface to the user terminal device, enabling the user terminal device to display the application interface; wherein, When the processing unit receives a login instruction containing login information transmitted from the user terminal device through the application interface, the processing unit determines whether the login information matches one of the user identification information. After determining that the login information matches one of the user identification information, the processing unit retrieves N policy records from the policy records, where each of the insured persons matches the same user and each of the insured persons does not match the same user. N is a positive integer.

2. The policy management system as described in claim 1, wherein, Each policy document also includes a policy type corresponding to a specified color. The processing unit further enables the application interface of the terminal device to display a visualization consisting of M color blocks according to the specified color corresponding to the policy type included in each of the N policy documents. M is a positive integer less than or equal to N. The proportion of each color block in the visualization is the proportion of the same specified color in the total number of specified colors.

3. The policy management system as described in claim 2, wherein, The application interface includes a first button corresponding to a command to display a non-personalized policy page and a non-personalized policy page corresponding to the first button. When the processing unit determines that the first button is selected and receives the corresponding command to display a non-personalized policy page, the processing unit causes the application interface of the user terminal device to display the non-personalized policy page, and causes the non-personalized policy page to display the N policy information and the visualization.

4. The policy management system as described in claim 1, wherein, Each policy document also includes a policy type corresponding to a specified color. The application interface includes a second button corresponding to a command to display the applicant's policy page and an applicant's policy page corresponding to the second button. The processing unit also obtains P policy documents from the policy documents, where each of the insured persons is the same user and each of the policyholders is the same user, based on the user identification data. The processing unit also causes the application interface of the user terminal device to display another visual icon composed of Q color blocks, where Q is a positive integer less than or equal to P, based on the specified color corresponding to the policy type included in each of the P policy documents. When the processing unit determines that the second button is selected and receives the corresponding command to display the applicant's policy page, the processing unit causes the application interface of the user terminal device to display the applicant's policy page, and the applicant's policy page displays the P policy documents and the other visual icon, where P is a positive integer.
