Abstract
Claims
1. A spectacle lens structure with a buffer portion at the lower edge, comprising: a main body portion defining an image side and an object side in a Y direction, the Y direction being perpendicular to an X direction and a Z direction, a left end and a right end of the main body portion being adjacent in the X direction; two turning portions connecting the lower edges of the main body portion adjacent to the left end and the lower edges of the main body portion adjacent to the right end in the Z direction; and two buffer portions connecting the lower edges of the turning portions in the Z direction; defined on a cross-section perpendicular to the X direction: the concave surface of the main body portion faces the image side, the convex surface of the main body portion faces the object side, the concave surface of the turning portion faces the object side, the convex surface of the turning portion faces the image side, the concave surface of the buffer portion faces the object side, the convex surface of the buffer portion faces the image side, and the maximum curvature of the buffer portion is greater than the maximum curvature of the turning portion; the main body portion has a first reference point at its uppermost end on the image side, the turning portion has a second reference point at its most convex end on the image side, and a first contour line passes through the first reference point and the second reference point; The main body has a third reference point at its uppermost end on the object side; the turning portion has a fourth reference point at its most concave end on the object side; a second contour line passes through the third and fourth reference points; the buffer portion has a fifth reference point at its most convex end on the image side; a third contour line is tangent to the buffer portion at the fifth reference point; the buffer portion has a sixth reference point at its most concave end on the object side; a fourth contour line is tangent to the buffer portion at the sixth reference point; the first contour line and the third contour line form a first angle between 140 and 148 degrees; the second contour line and the fourth contour line form a second angle between 140 and 148 degrees.
2. The spectacle lens structure with a buffer portion at the lower edge as described in claim 1, further comprising two first dividing lines between the main body and the turning portion, and two second dividing lines between the turning portion and the buffer portion; one of the first dividing lines and one of the second dividing lines corresponding to the left end extend obliquely upward from the center of the main body toward the left end, and the other first dividing line and the other second dividing line corresponding to the right end extend obliquely upward from the center of the main body toward the right end.
3. The spectacle lens structure with a buffer portion at the lower edge as described in claim 2, further wherein a plurality of arc lengths are measured at a plurality of points on the second dividing line along the surface of the buffer portion on the object side and in the Z direction to the lower edge of the buffer portion, the values of the arc lengths being respectively increased from the center of the main body portion toward the left end and the right end and then decreased.
4. The spectacle lens structure with a buffer portion at the lower edge as described in claim 1, further comprising a cutting surface at the lower edge of the buffer portion on the object side, the cutting surface obliquely connecting a side of the buffer portion facing the object side and a bottom surface of the buffer portion, and an extension line of the cutting surface on the cross section facing the main body portion.
5. The spectacle lens structure with a buffer portion at the lower edge as described in claim 1, further wherein the curvature of the main body portion in the X direction is between 5 and 7 bends.
6. The spectacle lens structure with a buffer portion at the lower edge as described in claim 1, further wherein the curvature of the main body portion in the Z direction is between 1 and 3 bends.
7. The spectacle lens structure with a buffer portion at the lower edge as described in claim 1, further wherein the thickness of the buffer portion is less than the thickness of the main body portion.
8. The spectacle lens structure with a buffer portion at the lower edge as described in claim 1, further, when viewed from the object side or the image side, the surface area of the curved surface of the main body is between 3 and 4 times the sum of the surface areas of the curved surface of the turning portion and the buffer portion.
9. A spectacle construction with a buffered lower edge, comprising: a front frame; a spectacle lens construction with a buffered lower edge as described in any one of claims 1 to 8, coupled to the front frame, the spectacle lens construction with a buffered lower edge including a nose pad slot connected to the lower edge of the center of the body portion in the Z direction; two temples pivotally connected to both ends of the front frame in the X direction; and a nose pad coupled to the nose pad slot.
10. The eyeglass structure with a buffer portion at the lower edge as described in claim 9, further comprising one or a combination of the main body, the turning portion and the buffer portion, wherein the front frame is coupled to the coupling slot.
