Abstract

An assembly structure (II) for a range hood mainly consists of a casing and a fume hood located below the casing. The two are detachable. When the two are assembled, they are connected by inserting a rail into the inlet at one end for internal and external connection. Additionally, a ball bearing slide rail can be configured in the connecting section as needed, so that the range hood can be assembled in separate sections, reducing the load on construction workers, making assembly easier, and allowing for quick assembly.

Claims

1. An assembly structure for a range hood, wherein the range hood housing and the hood are separately disposed, wherein the bottom ends of the left and right sides of the housing are respectively provided with a horizontally extending interlocking groove, the openings of the two interlocking grooves facing away from each other; the rear end of the top surface of the hood has a recessed mating section, the inner diameter of the mating section matching the outer diameter of the bottom end of the housing; the inner walls of the left and right sides of the mating section are respectively provided with a mating groove at the position corresponding to the interlocking groove, the openings of the two mating grooves facing each other, and the longitudinal outer diameter of one of the interlocking grooves and the mating groove is less than or equal to the longitudinal inner diameter of the other; the hood and the housing are assembled and joined by the mating groove being pushed in from the end of the interlocking groove.

2. The assembly structure of the range hood as described in claim 1, wherein the longitudinal outer diameter of the interlocking groove is less than or equal to the longitudinal inner diameter of the mating groove.

3. The assembly structure of the range hood as described in claim 1, wherein after the interlocking groove and the mating groove are interlocked and positioned, they are fixed together by a locking device.

4. The assembly structure of the range hood as described in claim 1, wherein when the hood and the housing are assembled and positioned, one of the contact surfaces at the fixed point is provided with a modular male electrical connector and the other with a modular female electrical connector, so that when the hood and the housing are assembled and positioned, the male electrical connector and the female electrical connector are connected electrically.

5. The assembly structure of the range hood as described in claim 1, wherein a ball bearing slide rail is provided between the interlocking groove and the mating groove.
