Abstract

A syringe containing a mitochondrial solution includes a syringe barrel, a needle, and a needle shaft. The syringe barrel is filled with a mitochondrial solution. The needle is inserted into the front end of the syringe barrel, and the needle shaft is disposed in the syringe barrel. The needle shaft has a piston that is inserted into the syringe barrel and matches the internal space of the syringe barrel. The piston is subjected to force when the syringe barrel is filled with the mitochondrial solution, and the mitochondrial solution is discharged by the needle.

Claims

1. A syringe containing a mitochondrial solution, comprising: a syringe barrel having a hollow interior and filled with a mitochondrial solution; a needle inserted into the front end of the syringe barrel; and a needle rod disposed in the syringe barrel, the needle rod having a piston that extends into and matches the internal space of the syringe barrel, the piston being subjected to force when the syringe barrel is filled with the mitochondrial solution, and the mitochondrial solution being discharged by the needle.

2. The syringe containing the mitochondrial solution as described in claim 1, wherein, The volume of the mitochondrial solution is greater than or equal to 1 mL.

3. The syringe containing the mitochondrial solution as described in claim 2, wherein, The mitochondria in this mitochondrial solution are active.

4. The syringe containing a mitochondrial solution as described in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein, The needle bar has a booster surface that is opposite to the piston.

5. The syringe containing the mitochondrial solution as described in claim 4, wherein, The area of the booster surface is larger than the cross-sectional area of the needle shaft body.

6. The syringe containing the mitochondrial solution as described in claim 5, wherein, The syringe has a handle that protrudes relative to the syringe body.
