Abstract

A dual-chamber packaging device includes a first chamber, a second chamber, a partition, and a discharge section. The first chamber stores a liquid lubricant composition. The second chamber stores a dried probiotic composition. The partition separates the first chamber and the second chamber. The discharge section is operable to discharge the probiotic lubricant solution formed by mixing the liquid lubricant composition and the dried probiotic composition. This ensures that the dried probiotic composition remains dry during storage, and that the probiotics in the probiotic lubricant solution achieve maximum activity upon application.

Claims

1. A dual-chamber packaging device, comprising: a first chamber for storing a liquid lubricating composition; a second chamber for storing a dry probiotic composition; a partition separating the first chamber and the second chamber; and a discharge section operable to discharge a probiotic lubricating liquid formed by mixing the liquid lubricating composition with the dry probiotic composition.

2. The dual-chamber packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The dual-chamber packaging device is a packaging bag containing a bag body. The divider is disposed in the bag body and together with the bag body defines the first chamber and the second chamber. The bag body is configured to be pressed to squeeze the liquid lubricating composition toward the divider, so that the liquid lubricating composition applies pressure to the divider to rupture it and thereby connect the first chamber and the second chamber. The discharge part is a notch formed in the bag body to guide the tearing of the bag body.

3. The dual-chamber packaging device as described in claim 2, wherein, The divider is made of a heat-sealing material that is prone to breakage under pressure and is heat-sealed to the bag body.

4. The dual-chamber packaging device as described in claim 3, wherein, The partition is a thin, arc-shaped partition that protrudes toward the first chamber.

5. The dual-chamber packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The dual-chamber packaging device is a packaging bag containing a bag body with four connected sealing edges. The discharge section is a notch formed in one of the sealing edges to guide the tearing of the corresponding sealing edge.

6. The dual-chamber packaging device as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein, The bag is made of any one of aluminum foil composite material, aluminized film, or multilayer barrier film.

7. The dual-chamber packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The dual-chamber packaging device is a pump bottle comprising an outer bottle body, a first pump assembly, a second pump assembly, and a pressing head. The dividing portion is an inner bottle body disposed within the outer bottle body. The dividing portion and the outer bottle body together define the first chamber and the second chamber. The first pump assembly extends into the first chamber to extract the liquid lubricating component, and the second pump assembly extends into the second chamber to extract the dry probiotic component. The pressing head is disposed at the top of the outer bottle body and connected to the first pump assembly and the second pump assembly, and has a discharge portion, which is a discharge hole. The pressing head is used to press so that the first pump assembly and the second pump assembly respectively extract the liquid lubricating component and the dry probiotic component, and mix them in the discharge portion to form the probiotic lubricating liquid.

8. The dual-chamber packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The dual-chamber packaging device is a syringe comprising a syringe barrel and a pushing mechanism. The syringe barrel has a discharge portion and a port opposite to the discharge portion. The discharge portion is a discharge hole. A partition is disposed within the syringe barrel and spaced between the discharge portion and the port. The partition and the syringe barrel together define a first chamber communicating with the port. The partition and the syringe barrel together define a second chamber communicating with the discharge portion. The partition is configured to rupture under pressure, thereby connecting the first chamber and the second chamber. The pushing mechanism is retractably and partially inserted into the first chamber through the port. The pushing mechanism is configured to be pressed to push the liquid lubricating composition toward the partition, so that the liquid lubricating composition applies pressure to the partition, causing it to rupture and thereby connecting the first chamber and the second chamber.

9. The dual-chamber packaging device as claimed in claim 8, wherein, The separator is a thin membrane that is prone to rupture under pressure.

10. The dual-chamber packaging device as claimed in any one of claims 8 to 9, wherein, The actuation mechanism includes a piston housed in the first chamber for actuating the liquid lubricant, and a push rod connected to the piston, passing through the port and protruding from the syringe.
