Funds notification format transfer system

Abstract

A fund reporting format conversion system includes a specification storage unit, a report loading module, a field parsing and mapping module, a format conversion module, and a file output module. The report loading module receives and loads raw transaction data reports from a foreign exchange terminal system to generate raw report data. The field parsing and mapping module maps multiple source fields of the raw report data to multiple target fields according to the field mapping specification in the specification storage unit to generate corresponding subsequent field data. The format conversion module converts the corresponding subsequent field data into a batch upload file according to a target batch format specification. The file output module outputs the batch upload file for import into a fund reporting system. This converts the entire batch of transaction data into a batch format that can be imported into the fund reporting system.

Claims

1. A funds reporting format conversion system, applicable to converting an original transaction data report from a foreign exchange terminal system into a batch upload file for inflow into a funds reporting system, the funds reporting format conversion system comprising a plurality of hardware modules or hardware units composed of a plurality of hardware circuits, the hardware modules or hardware units comprising: a specification storage unit storing a field mapping specification and a target batch format specification; a report loading module receiving and loading the original transaction data report from the foreign exchange terminal system to generate an original report data; and a field parsing and mapping module signal-connected to the report loading module and the specification storage unit, mapping a plurality of source fields in the original report data to a plurality of target fields according to the field mapping specification to generate a corresponding post-field data; A format conversion module, signal-connected to the field parsing module and the specification storage unit, converts the corresponding data in the following field into the batch upload file according to the target batch format specification; and a file output module, signal-connected to the format conversion module, outputs the batch upload file for the funds reporting system to import.

2. The fund reporting format conversion system as described in claim 1, wherein the file output module is further connected to the fund reporting system to automatically output the batch of uploaded files to the fund reporting system for import by the fund reporting system.

3. The fund notification format conversion system as described in claim 2, wherein the file output module automatically outputs the batch upload files to the fund notification system through an application interface.

4. The fund notification format conversion system as described in claim 2, wherein the file output module automatically outputs the batch of uploaded files to the fund notification system via a file transfer protocol.

5. The fund notification format conversion system as described in claim 2, wherein the file output module automatically outputs the batch of uploaded files to the fund notification system according to a predetermined schedule.

6. A fund reporting format transfer system as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of source fields includes an interest date, a maturity date and an amount.

7. The fund notification format transfer system as described in Request 1, wherein the batch upload file is a comma-separated value text file.

8. The fund notification format transfer system as described in claim 1, wherein the target batch format specification includes at least one of a column order, a separator format, a date format, or an amount format.
